In 1926，Newt Scamander arrives at the Magical Congress of the United States of America for a meeting with an important official.Accidentally，he released dangerous creatures from a briefcase.It sends the American wizarding authorities after Newt.Newt battles to correct the mistake，and eliminates1the instability2between wizards and Muggles（non-magical people）.
