Status and Future Prospect of Intelligent &Connected Vehicles in China
Intelligent and Connected Vehicles (ICV) is a new kind of vehicles equipped with advanced sensors, controllers and actuators, and connected by communication devices, i.e. 2X (X-vehicle, infrastructure, pedestrian, cloud), with the functionalities of environment sensing, intelligent decision-making and cooperative control. It is safer, cleaner and smarter, and finally can replace the human driver. There are challenges of motorization in China, such as accident, air pollution, congestion, etc. Current three major innovations are clean vehicle, connected vehicle, and automated driving. ICV becomes hotspot all around the world and it is highly concerned by Chinese government, “Made in China 2025” and another national projects pay a lot attention to the development of ICV. But there are also difficulties: complex traffic environment, different driving behavior and cost-sensitive.
Intelligent and Connected Vehicle Platform aims at providing the uniform and integrated platform for V2X technology. This talk presents some key technologies study based on V2I, for example, safety assistance systems: collision prediction based on V2I; speed adaptation based on road and environment info; lane change collision avoidance, and eco-driving systems: green light optimal speed advisory (V2I based green wave). This talk also introduces Changan and Tsinghua’s ICV Test Platform and the demonstration project. Finally, policy trends, ICV roadmap, development issues and strengths of ICV development in China are also analyzed.
李克強(qiáng),教育部長(zhǎng)江學(xué)者特聘教授,清華大學(xué)汽車工程系系主任,教授,博士研究生導(dǎo)師,中國(guó)汽車工程學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)理事,車聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟專家委員會(huì)主任,北京市汽車工程學(xué)會(huì)副理事長(zhǎng),InternationalJournalofAutomotiveTechnology,InternationalJournalofVehicleAutonomousSystems編委。李教授長(zhǎng)期從事智能汽車與智能交通系統(tǒng)、電動(dòng)汽車(EV)整車動(dòng)力學(xué)與控制、車輛噪聲振動(dòng)分析與控制等方面的研究,曾獲2010、2013國(guó)家技術(shù)發(fā)明二等獎(jiǎng)、2012年教育部技術(shù)發(fā)明一等獎(jiǎng)等多項(xiàng)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。在國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)表論文180余篇,其中SCI/EI 檢索 150余篇。
