Quanzhou will invest more in the cultural development of Cities Alliance member cities. We'll accelerate the development of the soft environment among the cities， such as easing the process of acquiring tourist visas. More seaports and airports will have to be built in the member cities. More regular flights will be carried out among the member cities. More cruise ports and related facilities will have to be built.
