——“天之椒子”落戶觀音橋

“‘意’游未盡熱辣迎新”暨觀音橋國(guó)際文化年開幕式在江北區(qū)觀音橋主廣場(chǎng)隆重啟幕。

2015年12月29日下午，由意大利駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館、重慶市貿(mào)促會(huì)及江北區(qū)人民政府主辦的“‘意’游未盡熱辣迎新”暨觀音橋國(guó)際文化年開幕式在江北區(qū)觀音橋主廣場(chǎng)隆重啟幕。由意大利藝術(shù)家朱紙（Giuseppe Carta）創(chuàng)作的辣椒雕塑“天之椒子”在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)揭幕，成為重慶的“新地標(biāo)”。

本次活動(dòng)是“2016觀音橋國(guó)際文化年”的啟幕活動(dòng)，旨在為廣大重慶市民展示各國(guó)文化藝術(shù)、民俗風(fēng)情，打造一個(gè)世界文化交流平臺(tái)。同時(shí)向市民展示意大利“美食、美酒、美樂”，體驗(yàn)意大利的時(shí)尚文化生活。

活動(dòng)的核心部分是巨型辣椒雕塑“天之椒子”揭幕儀式，該雕塑高6.25米，寬（最寬處）1.90米，由銅、樹脂和鐵等材料制成，系意大利藝術(shù)家Giuseppe Carta創(chuàng)作。該作品靈感來源于朱紙2014年末的重慶之行，由于深受這座美麗山城火辣熱情的感染，在回到意大利后，他選擇了重慶人民最喜歡的食物——辣椒為主題，創(chuàng)作了這樣一個(gè)紅紅火火并熱情洋溢的系列雕塑作品，以表達(dá)他對(duì)重慶的深刻印象。據(jù)悉，整個(gè)巨型辣椒還在2015年的米蘭世博會(huì)的“重慶日”當(dāng)天，在中國(guó)館展示。

該辣椒將由中國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易促進(jìn)委員會(huì)重慶市委員會(huì)以及重慶德莊實(shí)業(yè)（集團(tuán)）有限公司收藏，并將落戶觀音橋廣場(chǎng)供廣大市民觀賞。

意大利駐重慶總領(lǐng)事馬非同表示，舉辦此次活動(dòng)，是為了讓重慶人民了解意大利的藝術(shù)與音樂，體會(huì)獨(dú)有的意式生活方式，拉近重慶與意大利的距離，而這顆巨型辣椒也是為重慶市民獻(xiàn)上的一份充滿驚喜的新年禮物。

意大利總領(lǐng)事館在渝兩周年精彩回顧

2013年12月30日，意大利駐重慶總領(lǐng)事馬非同到任，宣布意大利總領(lǐng)館成立，領(lǐng)區(qū)包括重慶市、四川省、云南省、貴州省。2015年4 月28日，意大利駐渝總領(lǐng)事館入住環(huán)球金融中心49樓，舉行了隆重開館儀式，意大利外交部長(zhǎng)保羅·真蒂洛尼先生與我市副市長(zhǎng)陳綠平共同為館舍入住剪彩。

兩年來，總領(lǐng)事馬非同率領(lǐng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)辛勤工作，推動(dòng)重慶與意大利各領(lǐng)域的交流與合作，取得了顯著的成效，舉辦了一系列精彩紛呈的經(jīng)貿(mào)文化交流活動(dòng)，例如連續(xù)兩年舉辦“情系意大利之秋文化季”系列文化交流活動(dòng)；邀請(qǐng)意大利國(guó)家電視臺(tái)知名記者來渝制作了以“重慶”為名的專題紀(jì)錄片在意大利電視節(jié)目第一頻道播出；推動(dòng)米蘭世博會(huì)舉辦“重慶日”活動(dòng)；推動(dòng)了“第六屆中意創(chuàng)新合作周·中意產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新合作重慶峰會(huì)”在重慶璧山區(qū)舉行等等。意大利商會(huì)重慶辦公室、意大利簽證中心先后成立，重慶與羅馬開通直航，意大利總領(lǐng)館開辦簽證業(yè)務(wù)首年簽證量超過4萬本，兩地人員交往達(dá)到歷史高峰。有為才有位，意大利總領(lǐng)事館人員規(guī)模從成立時(shí)的兩個(gè)人發(fā)展到今天的22人。

呂西安·博達(dá)爾《從重慶到巴黎》川外開展

為紀(jì)念法國(guó)著名的新聞?dòng)浾?、作家、演員呂西安·博達(dá)爾誕辰101周年，2015年11月24日，法國(guó)駐成都總領(lǐng)事館聯(lián)合四川外國(guó)語(yǔ)大學(xué)舉辦了名為《從重慶到巴黎》呂西安·博達(dá)爾展覽開幕式，希望以本次展覽向呂西安·博達(dá)爾致敬，并作為對(duì)中法友誼的獻(xiàn)禮。

呂西安·博達(dá)爾的夫人Marie Fran?ois Leclere將丈夫生前的照片贈(zèng)送給四川外國(guó)語(yǔ)大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)李克勇。

本次展覽向公眾介紹了呂西安·博達(dá)爾的生平和工作，他的文獻(xiàn)資料和手稿都是首次面向公眾展出。展覽以時(shí)間順序記錄了呂西安·博達(dá)爾自重慶到巴黎圣日爾曼大街的一生。此次展覽的策展人Guy de la Chevalerie以及呂西安·博達(dá)爾的夫人M arie Fran?ois Leclere也為展覽提供了豐富的文獻(xiàn)資料。據(jù)悉，此次展覽在四川外國(guó)語(yǔ)大學(xué)圖書館內(nèi)一直持續(xù)展出至12月1日，眾多重慶市民免費(fèi)入場(chǎng)參觀。

法國(guó)駐成都總領(lǐng)事魏雅樹（O livier Vaysset）、日本駐重慶總領(lǐng)事星山隆、菲律賓駐重慶總領(lǐng)事蓮麗、四川外國(guó)語(yǔ)大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)李克勇參加開幕式。

市政府外僑辦率團(tuán)訪問韓國(guó) 大力宣傳重慶

2015年12月17日至21日，應(yīng)韓國(guó)釜山市市長(zhǎng)徐秉洙邀請(qǐng)，重慶市政府外事僑務(wù)辦公室副主任唐文一行5人訪問韓國(guó)，雙方就經(jīng)貿(mào)、人文、文化、旅游等領(lǐng)域合作充分交換了意見，達(dá)成多項(xiàng)合作共識(shí)。同時(shí)加深了重慶與韓國(guó)相關(guān)地方政府的友好交流，有力地宣傳推介了重慶。

訪韓期間，代表團(tuán)先后走訪了4個(gè)城市，分別拜會(huì)了釜山市國(guó)際關(guān)系大使慎年晟、釜山市國(guó)際協(xié)力課課長(zhǎng)崔基園、我駐釜山總領(lǐng)館總領(lǐng)事閻鳳蘭、我駐韓大使館文化參贊、首爾中國(guó)文化中心主任史瑞琳、京畿道國(guó)際合作局局長(zhǎng)金敬翰、仁川市中國(guó)擔(dān)當(dāng)官室主任樸正鎮(zhèn)。

代表團(tuán)還與釜山國(guó)際交流財(cái)團(tuán)、釜山國(guó)立國(guó)樂院進(jìn)行了友好交流，并組織重慶川劇院在釜山、首爾等地進(jìn)行了3場(chǎng)演出，還赴仁川經(jīng)濟(jì)自由區(qū)等地考察訪問。

重慶與金奈市和豪登省建立友好城市關(guān)系

日前，重慶市四屆人大常委會(huì)第二十一次會(huì)議表決批準(zhǔn)了重慶市人民政府與印度金奈市、南非豪登省建立友好城市關(guān)系、友好市省關(guān)系的議案，重慶的友好城市數(shù)量隨即增加至37個(gè)。

重慶友城工作始于1982年，友城交流提高了重慶對(duì)外開放度，推動(dòng)了重慶與各國(guó)的密切合作。重慶市政府外事僑務(wù)辦副主任王雯在接受媒體采訪時(shí)表示。當(dāng)前，作為中西部唯一的直轄市，重慶正積極融入國(guó)家“一帶一路”和長(zhǎng)江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶戰(zhàn)略，新形勢(shì)下的友城工作勢(shì)必要?jiǎng)?chuàng)造有利的外部條件，大力吸引人才、資本、技術(shù)、管理等高端資源，才能推進(jìn)深層次交流合作。

2015年12月10～13日，中國(guó)旅美科技協(xié)會(huì)前會(huì)長(zhǎng)方彤、副會(huì)長(zhǎng)蔣為民及協(xié)會(huì)在美國(guó)各地分會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)等一行14人來渝訪問，參加重慶“國(guó)創(chuàng)會(huì)”，中國(guó)旅美科技協(xié)會(huì)重慶聯(lián)絡(luò)處成立儀式。

市政府外事僑務(wù)辦副主任楊大慶與代表團(tuán)一行進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)短座談并出席聯(lián)絡(luò)處成立儀式。楊大慶表示，希望加強(qiáng)與中國(guó)旅美科協(xié)往來，通過旅美僑界促進(jìn)我市與美國(guó)科技經(jīng)貿(mào)合作，并預(yù)祝聯(lián)絡(luò)處蓬勃發(fā)展，成為雙方交流合作的橋梁，重慶市政府外僑辦將為聯(lián)絡(luò)處的發(fā)展做好服務(wù)工作。

新西蘭三重奏音樂會(huì)在重慶成功舉行

2015年12月11日晚，新西蘭鋼琴小提琴大提琴三重奏音樂會(huì)在重慶成功舉行。本次主辦此次音樂會(huì)，旨在慶祝新西蘭駐成都總領(lǐng)事館開館一周年。新西蘭駐成都總領(lǐng)事館副總領(lǐng)事張典、新西蘭駐成都總領(lǐng)事館公共事務(wù)主管袁慧君、新西蘭駐成都總領(lǐng)事館研究官員張娜參加了在重慶國(guó)泰藝術(shù)中心音樂廳舉行的音樂會(huì)。重慶市人民政府外事僑務(wù)辦公室副主任龍舟等也應(yīng)邀出席。

中國(guó)旅美科技協(xié)會(huì)來渝訪問促進(jìn)科技經(jīng)貿(mào)合作

據(jù)了解，新西蘭三重奏組合至今已經(jīng)成立14年，他們分別是小提琴家賈斯婷·科馬克，大提琴家阿什利·布朗和鋼琴家薩拉·華特金斯。三位音樂家之間的合作熟練默契，他們以杰出的藝術(shù)才能、恰到好處的表現(xiàn)力和平易近人的個(gè)性獲得了全球眾多音樂愛好者的喜愛。

意大利內(nèi)奧內(nèi)里男聲合唱團(tuán)唱響山城

2015年12月4日，受意大利駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館之邀以及意大利駐華大使館北京文化處的支持，來自意大利撒丁島的內(nèi)奧內(nèi)里男聲合唱團(tuán)來到重慶解放碑環(huán)球金融中心獻(xiàn)聲，并免費(fèi)向公眾開放。

此次活動(dòng)是第二屆海悅匯·歐洲商品城“情系意大利之秋”的第四場(chǎng)活動(dòng)，這也是以樂隊(duì)創(chuàng)始人托尼諾·卡烏領(lǐng)銜的五位成員首次來重慶演出。本次內(nèi)奧內(nèi)里男聲合唱團(tuán)共帶來了7首曲目，每首曲目之間穿插撒丁島傳統(tǒng)舞蹈。意大利駐重慶總領(lǐng)事馬非同表示，這個(gè)樂隊(duì)具有濃郁的薩丁島風(fēng)情，包括他們所有的曲目全是用撒丁島方言演唱，增進(jìn)重慶市民對(duì)意大利文化的了解。

約翰·莫爾繪畫獎(jiǎng)獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)咦髌烦晒ρ舱?/h2>

2015年12月2日，約翰·莫爾繪畫獎(jiǎng)（中國(guó)）2010～2014歷屆獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)咦髌费舱怪貞c站展覽在解放碑重慶美術(shù)館開幕。約翰·莫爾繪畫大獎(jiǎng)是英國(guó)當(dāng)代藝術(shù)頂級(jí)賽事，有“繪畫界的奧斯卡”之稱。本屆巡展展出了15位中國(guó)藝術(shù)家的70多件作品，其中，畢業(yè)于重慶大學(xué)藝術(shù)學(xué)院的青年藝術(shù)家聶正杰的作品也在其列。展覽持續(xù)至12月16日，重慶眾多藝術(shù)愛好者紛紛前往免費(fèi)觀看。

中國(guó)重慶·韓國(guó)京畿道文化產(chǎn)業(yè)交流大會(huì)舉行

2015年12月4日至5日，2015年中國(guó)重慶·韓國(guó)京畿道文化產(chǎn)業(yè)交流大會(huì)在重慶舉行。韓國(guó)SM娛樂集團(tuán)會(huì)長(zhǎng)李秀滿、韓國(guó)CJ集團(tuán)中國(guó)區(qū)總裁樸根太等70多家文化企業(yè)的大佬，攜150多人的韓方代表團(tuán)來渝，與重慶以及中國(guó)其他地區(qū)的企業(yè)展開交流合作。

From Chongqing to Paris of Lucien Bodard Exhibition in SlSU

To commemorate the French famous journalist， writer， actor，Mr. Lucien Bodard's 101 anniversary of the birth， on November 24， French Consulate General in Chengdu held an Exhibition called From Chongqing to Paris with Sichuan International Studies University， hoping to pay honor to Lucien Bodard， which is also as a gift to his contribution to Sino-French friendship.

The exhibition introduces the life and work of Lucien Bodard to the public， his documents and manuscripts are on display to the public for the fi rst time. The planner， Mr.Guy de la Chevalerie and Lucien Bodard's wife， Ms. Marie Fran?ois Leclere also has provided a wealth of documents for this exhibition. It is reported that the exhibition was continually displayed at SISU Library until December 1， which was open for public for free.

Chongqing Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Off ce Visits Korea to Publicize Chongqing

On December 17th to 21st， 2015， the Deputy Director of Chongqing Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office， Mr. Tang Wen led a delegation of 5 people visited Korea under the invitation of the Mayor of Pusan city， Korea. Both sides have exchanged views on economic and trade， cultural and tourism cooperation and have reached a number of consensus on cooperation. Meanwhile it deepened the friendly exchanges between Chongqing and Korea and strongly promoted Chongqing.

During the visit to South Korea， the delegation has visited 4 cities， and had a friendly exchange with Busan International Foundation， Busan national country music； the Chongqing side has also organized Chongqing Sichuan Opera 3 performances in Busan， Seoul. They also visited Incheon free economic zone.

Chongqing Establishes Sister-city Relationships with Chennai， lndia and Gauteng Province in South Africa

A few days ago， the 21st meeting of the 4th session of Chongqing Standing Committee of the National People's Congress has approved the proposal of Chongqing Establishing sister-city relationships with Chennai， India and Gauteng province in South Africa. The numbers of sister cities of Chongqing has increased to 37.

"The work of sister city of Chongqing began in 1982， which has improved the opening of Chongqing， and close cooperation with other countries.” Wang Wen， the Deputy Director of the Chongqing Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office， said in a interview with media， currently as the only municipality in the Midwest， Chongqing is actively integrated into the strategies of “One Belt One Road” and Yangtze River economic zone， the sister city work in the new situation is bound to create favorable external conditions， to attract talent， capital， technology，management and other high-end resources to promote further exchanges and cooperation.

New Zealand Trio Concert Successfully Held in Chongqing

In the evening of December 11， the New Zealand trio concert was successfully held in Chongqing. The concert was to mark the 1 year anniversary of the opening of the New Zealand Consulate General in Chengdu. Deputy Consul General of New Zealand Consulate-General in Chengdu and Deputy Director of Chongqing Foreign and overseas Chinese Affairs Offi ce， Long Zhou have attended the event.

It is understood that the New Zealand trio group has been set up for 14 years； they are the violinist Justine Cormack，the cellist Ashley Brown， and pianist Sarah Watkins. Three musicians have excellent teamwork in performance； they have won many music fans around the world by their excellent artistic talent， perfect expression and warm personality.

CAST-USA Visits Chongqing for Economic and Trade Cooperation

December 10-13th， former Chairman of Chinese Association for Science and Technology， USA， Mr. Fang Tong；Deputy President Jiang Weimin led 14 Members to Chongqing to participate the Chongqing international talent fair for innovation and entrepreneurship and the inaugural ceremony of Chongqing Offi ce of CAST.

Deputy Director of Chongqing Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Offi ce，Mr. Yang Daqing briefl y discussed with the delegation and attended the inaugural ceremony of the Liaison Offi ce. He hoped to promote Science and technology economic and trade cooperation between China and the United States，and wish the Offi ce to become a bridge for mutual exchanges and co-operation， Chongqing Foreign and overseas Chinese Affairs Offi ce will provide the best services for the development.

“Tenores from Neoneli” Music Band Sings in Chongqing

December 4， under the invitation of Italy Consulate-General in Chongqing and the support from cultural Department of the Italian Embassy in China， the music band Neoneli from Sardinia，Italy brought an amazing music concert to Chongqing and was free open to the public.

This is the 4th event of the second session of “Italian Autumn"， which is also the first time that five members of the band came to Chongqing to perform. This male voice choir brought a total of 7 tracks， with traditional Sardinian dances in each track between. Italy Consul-General in Chongqing Mr. Sergio Maffettone said that the band has strong style of Sardinia， including all of their tracks were sung in Sardinian dialects， which is also a way of promoting Italian culture to Chongqing residents.

Successful Tour of John Moores Painting Prize Awardees Works

On December 2， John Moore painting Award （China） 2010-2014 previous tour winners works exhibition has opened at Chongqing Art Museum in Jiefangbei， Chongqing. John Moore painting prize is a top of contemporary art in United Kingdom，it's called the "Oscar of Painting".This tour has exhibited over more than 70 works of 15 Chinese artists， including Nie Zhengjie，the young artist who graduated from Chongqing University. The exhibition continues until December 16， and is free for the public.

From December the 4th to 5th， 2015， Chongqing， China · Gyeonggi-do， Korea Cultural Industry Forum was held in Chongqing. The Chairman of Korea SM Entertainment Group，Soo man Lee， President of CJ Group China， and more than 70 cultural enterprises such as bosses have led more than 150 people of the ROK delegation to Chongqing to expand exchanges and cooperation with Chongqing， as well as Chinese companies.
