基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的城市環(huán)境風險監(jiān)測預(yù)警技術(shù)的研究

摘 要：針對水源地突發(fā)污染事件、工業(yè)廢水排放、重點區(qū)域大氣環(huán)境、城市噪聲等的監(jiān)測需求，及城市環(huán)境數(shù)據(jù)多元化、海量化和多源異構(gòu)的特點，通過污染源模式識別算法、異構(gòu)網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建技術(shù)、嵌入式數(shù)據(jù)融合技術(shù)等的研究及智能網(wǎng)關(guān)設(shè)備的研制，實現(xiàn)環(huán)境感知數(shù)據(jù)的融合、篩選、集成和標準化快速處理，并通過基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的云可視分析技術(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動的環(huán)境噪聲分級評價模型、城市環(huán)境噪聲預(yù)測模型、環(huán)境傳感器優(yōu)化布局模型等，準確、客觀反映目前城市環(huán)境污染狀況、特征、規(guī)律和趨勢并實現(xiàn)城市污染源溯源，為建設(shè)基于統(tǒng)一云計算平臺的環(huán)境信息管理系統(tǒng)提供數(shù)據(jù)支持，為城市環(huán)境管理與應(yīng)急提供科學(xué)決策支持。

Abstract：For emergency of drinking water pollution ，emission of industrial wastewater， atmospheric environment of key area， urban noise monitoring requirements， such as diversification and urban environment data， the quantitative and the characteristics of multi-source heterogeneous pattern recognition algorithm by pollution source， construction of the heterogeneous network technology， embedded data fusion technology research and development of intelligent gateway device， implementation environment perception data fusion of rapid processing， filtering， integration and standardization， and through the cloud visual analysis technology based on Internet of things， data-driven hierarchical evaluation model of environmental noise， the urban environmental noise prediction model， environment model of optimal placement of the sensor， accurately and objectively reflect the current urban environment pollution status， characteristics， and trend and to realize urban pollution sources， for the construction of environmental information management system based on cloud computing platform to provide data support， provide scientific decision support for urban environmental management and emergency response.
