    仿生礦化在腫瘤細(xì)胞擴(kuò)散阻隔與定域殺傷中的作用研究

    摘 要:該項(xiàng)目以生物礦化原理為指導(dǎo),將新型抗腫瘤技術(shù)與細(xì)胞表面的生物礦化相結(jié)合,在腫瘤細(xì)胞表面構(gòu)筑了對光敏感的無機(jī)/生物高分子、天然色素/生物高分子復(fù)合材料形成的智能礦化層。研究了其對腫瘤細(xì)胞形成的定域包圍或包裹,分析了這些礦化層在近紅外光照下對腫瘤細(xì)胞的殺傷作用,同時研究了其生物相容性等。該項(xiàng)目的研究涉及化學(xué)、生物、醫(yī)學(xué)、材料等多學(xué)科的交叉,對于尋找和開拓生物礦化的新用途以及抗腫瘤的新方法、新途徑等具有重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。

    Abstract: This project is based on the biomineralization principle. A new style of antitumor technology was combined with biomineralization on the cell surface. The photo-sensitive biomineralization layers, including inorganic/ biomacromolecule and natural pigment/biomacromolecule composites, have been successfully constructed on the surface of tumor cells. The localized encapsulating effect of the biomineralization layers to the tumor cells has been studied. The biocompatibility and the antitumor effect of the composite material with and without irradiation have been analyzed as well. This project refers to the interdisciplinary of chemistry, biological, medicine and materials science. There will be an important theoretical and practical significance in searching the new application of biomineralization and developing the new method for antitumor.
