常態(tài)中的“刻意”新疆巴州和碩政府廣場(chǎng)

"Deliberateness" in the Normal State Xinjiang Bazhou Heshuo Government Square

1 平面圖Master plan

場(chǎng)地北臨花園東路，西臨石材大道，東側(cè)與南側(cè)分別與和碩濱河公園相鄰。呈近似長(zhǎng)方形，北端稍高于南側(cè)，平坦寬闊的荒灘地。政府辦公樓位于場(chǎng)地偏北1/4處，坐北朝南，其后（北側(cè)）附設(shè)了兩座辦公附屬建筑。如何在即保持莊嚴(yán)氣氛，又滿(mǎn)足辦公集散功能需求的同時(shí)，塑造場(chǎng)所固有的空間特質(zhì)是本項(xiàng)目成敗的關(guān)鍵所在。

與常規(guī)的行政廣場(chǎng)相同，設(shè)置了一條南北向的中軸，其間由中央廣場(chǎng)及9組種植池構(gòu)筑軸線(xiàn)的秩序，并將中央廣場(chǎng)與建筑入口空間分開(kāi)，加設(shè)了一條東西向的副軸，以求觀景空間與交通功能空間的完全分離。其次，在中軸線(xiàn)兩側(cè)共設(shè)置了4條南北向的步行通道，并分別在其左右兩側(cè)交叉種植當(dāng)?shù)厣L(zhǎng)狀況極佳的小白楊樹(shù)群，在保持南北向通透，東西向封閉的同時(shí)，強(qiáng)化了中軸線(xiàn)的導(dǎo)向，形成廣場(chǎng)鮮明的空間特征。而兩條錯(cuò)位的斜線(xiàn)路，又起到豐富空間格局的作用。最后，車(chē)行線(xiàn)延續(xù)了建筑入口的弧線(xiàn)曲線(xiàn)，并以副軸為中心兩側(cè)分別對(duì)稱(chēng)設(shè)置了4條半圓弧形入徑，在保證東西向通暢的動(dòng)線(xiàn)功能的前提條件下，緩解了過(guò)于規(guī)整，略顯僵硬的廣場(chǎng)空間。

23×30m的中央廣場(chǎng)水盤(pán)，影映荒料石塊的自然疊堆，承載著多重空間的功能；鑲嵌了厚20mm邊條的5×5m正方形種植池，自然凹凸紋理的顯像表現(xiàn)，刻意中的隨意；中軸兩側(cè)各寬8.7m的樹(shù)陣，隆起的梯形臺(tái)地，界定著中軸線(xiàn)空間的領(lǐng)域，強(qiáng)化禮儀感的秩序，交錯(cuò)排序的小白楊樹(shù)群，規(guī)整與自然散植相間，有序中的無(wú)序；中軸兩側(cè)高60cm的臺(tái)地與自然散植林下的河灘石（φ500—1 400mm），場(chǎng)地中的細(xì)微高差變化，顛覆了平坦空間的印象；懸鈴木與小白楊的喬木種植，反襯四季分明的地域特證，拉近了日常生活的距離；高低，疏密，錯(cuò)落有至的地被旱生花卉，限定中的自由表白。直線(xiàn)條的路，種植，鋪裝紋理。曲線(xiàn)條的車(chē)行線(xiàn)，高聳的密植小白楊，明確的種植池邊緣，條帶狀的旱生地被種植帶，自然散植的喬木與地被……每個(gè)異質(zhì)要素的出現(xiàn)均被清晰的界定，同時(shí)這些被用來(lái)表述的材料，又恰恰是當(dāng)?shù)刈畛Ｒ?jiàn)，最廉價(jià)，最平常的“東西”。以此來(lái)傳達(dá)我們對(duì)本項(xiàng)目的一種態(tài)度，并希望能成為容易被理解的設(shè)計(jì)語(yǔ)言——常態(tài)中的“刻意”。

In a similar fashion to conventional administrative squares, a north to south axis has been constructed consisting of a central square together with nine planted areas stablishing a space between the central square and the building entrance.

An east to west axis has also been formed to separate the landscaped areas and the traffic flow areas. Next, four paved areas have been constructed running north to south on each side of the central axis. Poplars that grow well in the local area have been planted on each side of the paved areas maintaining a transparency in the north to south direction yet producing a closure in the east to west direction. The orientation of the axis is strengthened as it generates a distinct spatial feature for the square.

8 中央方形水池，虛實(shí)演繹的交融The central square pool that blends the virtual and actual sight.

The two obliquely opposed axes enrich the spatial pattern. Finally, a driveway for vehicular traf fi c in the shape of an arc has been formed at the entrance to the building together with four symmetrical arches on each side thus relieving any excessive neatness or stiffness created with regard to traffic flowing in an east to west direction. Materials of a common and cheap nature have been adopted in this project to convey an attitude towards the whole project....the "deliberateness" in the normal state.
