錦江加大雅高股份砝碼

據(jù)知情人爆料，錦江國(guó)際（集團(tuán)）有限公司正謀劃增加其在法國(guó)酒店大佬雅高股份有限公司的籌碼。

據(jù)稱，這家上海國(guó)有酒店公司亦是持有法國(guó)雅高12%股份的最大股東，此番雄心勃勃想要加碼到20%股份持有額。按目前股價(jià)估算，增加的8%股份價(jià)值7.35億歐元（8.36億美元）。雅高“在歐洲占盡市場(chǎng)先機(jī)，并積極參與到共享經(jīng)濟(jì)中”，坊間傳稱，錦江亦有意在雅高管理方面施加自我影響力。

Jin Jiang International （Holdings） Co. is considering increasing its stake in French hotelier Accor SA， citing people familiar with the matter.

The Shanghai-based company， the French company's biggest shareholder with 12% of Accor， is considering raising its stake to 20%， the people said. The 8% increase is worth about €735 million （US$836 million） at Accor's current share price， the news agency said. The Shanghai-based company would be interested in gaining more influence over Accor's management， according to the people. Accor is \"in a good position to benefit from the upturn in the market in Europe， and they're very much involved in the sharing economy.\"
