重慶增強(qiáng)電子產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力

8月6日，市長(zhǎng)黃奇帆主持召開市政府第101次常務(wù)會(huì)議，審議通過了《重慶市電子核心基礎(chǔ)部件產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展規(guī)劃》。該《規(guī)劃》提出，要充分發(fā)揮我市龐大的電子制造業(yè)對(duì)核心基礎(chǔ)部件的巨大市場(chǎng)需求優(yōu)勢(shì)，堅(jiān)持垂直整合一體化集群發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，明確市場(chǎng)主導(dǎo)與企業(yè)主體相結(jié)合的原則，加大招商力度，科學(xué)合理布局，著力組織實(shí)施一批重大項(xiàng)目，帶動(dòng)上下游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚，構(gòu)建和完善配套服務(wù)體系，逐步形成具有較強(qiáng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的電子核心基礎(chǔ)部件產(chǎn)業(yè)集群，增強(qiáng)全市電子產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。

重慶服務(wù)貿(mào)易進(jìn)出口總額 2017年擬達(dá)300億美元

8月11日，記者從重慶市加快發(fā)展服務(wù)貿(mào)易服務(wù)外包新聞發(fā)布會(huì)上獲悉，重慶市政府計(jì)劃到2017年，全市服務(wù)貿(mào)易進(jìn)出口總額達(dá)300億美元，到2020年增長(zhǎng)至500億美元，并且將出臺(tái)相應(yīng)政策措施，促進(jìn)服務(wù)貿(mào)易和服務(wù)外包發(fā)展，包括加強(qiáng)規(guī)劃引導(dǎo)、加大財(cái)政支持力度、落實(shí)稅收優(yōu)惠政策、加強(qiáng)金融服務(wù)、完善土地優(yōu)惠政策等。

“重慶造”新能源及智能汽車2017年產(chǎn)銷量將達(dá)19萬輛

近日，我市首個(gè)新能源汽車動(dòng)力補(bǔ)充能源站在北部新區(qū)力帆汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)基地奠基，新能源及智能汽車正在進(jìn)入我市汽車消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)。記者從市經(jīng)信委獲悉，重慶市規(guī)劃至2017年實(shí)現(xiàn)新能源汽車年產(chǎn)銷量達(dá)4萬輛、實(shí)現(xiàn)智能汽車年產(chǎn)銷量達(dá)15萬輛，并結(jié)合“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”概念，通過建設(shè)中高密度充換電網(wǎng)絡(luò)，培育汽車消費(fèi)新熱點(diǎn)。

兩江新區(qū)融資租賃公司28家 注冊(cè)資本金突破10億美元

8月10日，記者從兩江新區(qū)獲悉，創(chuàng)新型金融機(jī)構(gòu)在兩江新區(qū)已入駐422家，占據(jù)全市半壁江山。融資租賃方面，通過產(chǎn)業(yè)資本與金融資本的有機(jī)結(jié)合，有效整合了市場(chǎng)訂單，推動(dòng)了實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。截至目前，兩江新區(qū)共28家融資租賃企業(yè)，占全市數(shù)量的76%，注冊(cè)資本金合計(jì)10.6億美元，投資總額11.46億美元。

各路資本搶灘融資租賃市場(chǎng)撬動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展

截至目前，在重慶設(shè)立的獨(dú)立法人融資租賃公司達(dá)到37家，注冊(cè)資本金規(guī)模超過130億元人民幣，租賃資產(chǎn)規(guī)模已近250億元人民幣。根據(jù)規(guī)劃，年內(nèi)重慶融資租賃企業(yè)將通過增加注冊(cè)資本金、舉借外債等方式新增50億元人民幣投資，形成租賃資產(chǎn)，助推當(dāng)?shù)氐娘w機(jī)、醫(yī)療設(shè)備、工程機(jī)械、平行進(jìn)口車等進(jìn)口租賃業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展，力爭(zhēng)2015年底通過融資租賃實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)出口額200億元人民幣左右。

云計(jì)算助力重慶互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)“云上創(chuàng)業(yè)”

8月11日，在阿里云舉辦的云棲大會(huì)重慶峰會(huì)上，阿里云宣布，將對(duì)首次購(gòu)買云服務(wù)器的重慶創(chuàng)客企業(yè)，提供第一年半價(jià)的優(yōu)惠，進(jìn)一步降低了創(chuàng)業(yè)項(xiàng)目的資金門檻，創(chuàng)客們最多可節(jié)省近10萬元。阿里云相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人稱，將在重慶尋找更多的云計(jì)算合作伙伴，包括基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施服務(wù)、第三方應(yīng)用開發(fā)商、行業(yè)解決方案商、客戶服務(wù)商等；同時(shí)還將與重慶多個(gè)創(chuàng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)園合作，為重慶創(chuàng)客提供價(jià)值3-40萬元不等的云計(jì)算資源和服務(wù)支持，扶持云上創(chuàng)新。

重慶移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)園也與阿里云達(dá)成合作，阿里云“創(chuàng)客+”項(xiàng)目落戶重慶，雙方共同創(chuàng)立創(chuàng)業(yè)孵化器，為創(chuàng)客提供從想法、注冊(cè)公司、開發(fā)產(chǎn)品、銷售產(chǎn)品到融資等方面的扶持。

借力“渝新歐” 標(biāo)致雪鐵龍首趟測(cè)試班列抵達(dá)重慶

8月5日，標(biāo)致雪鐵龍首趟整車進(jìn)口測(cè)試班列在重慶整車進(jìn)口口岸作業(yè)區(qū)完成掏箱，這是繼奔馳、寶馬、大眾、路虎后，又一通過“渝新歐”鐵路運(yùn)輸進(jìn)口汽車品牌。鐵路運(yùn)輸時(shí)間短，成本比空運(yùn)低的優(yōu)勢(shì)，截止目前，重慶整車進(jìn)口口岸已進(jìn)口汽車197輛，數(shù)量居全國(guó)新建口岸第一，初步呈現(xiàn)口岸效應(yīng)逐漸擴(kuò)散、業(yè)務(wù)量穩(wěn)步增長(zhǎng)的可喜局面。

重慶鋼鐵與韓國(guó)浦項(xiàng)簽署62億元冷軋、鍍鋅合資項(xiàng)目合作協(xié)議書

8月6日，重慶鋼鐵與韓國(guó)株式會(huì)社POSCO韓國(guó)浦項(xiàng)簽署了《冷軋、鍍鋅合資項(xiàng)目合作協(xié)議書》，雙方將利用各自優(yōu)勢(shì)，在冷軋、鍍鋅等領(lǐng)域展開密切合作。此次合資項(xiàng)目生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品為汽車和家電用高級(jí)冷軋鍍鋅鋼板，生產(chǎn)規(guī)模240萬噸/年，投資總額約62億元。此項(xiàng)目的落成，將積極推動(dòng)重慶及周邊地區(qū)房地產(chǎn)租賃業(yè)、流通業(yè)，礦物的國(guó)內(nèi)外海運(yùn)、加工及銷售產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈，和有色金屬的制造、加工及銷售產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的發(fā)展。于此同時(shí)，隨著項(xiàng)目的推進(jìn)，重慶汽車制造、加工等行業(yè)針對(duì)較大用材的需求將得到滿足。

Capitals Flooding into Finance Lease Market to Accelerate Industrial Development

Up till now, there are 37 independent legal finance lease institutions in Chongqing, the total registered capital of which is more than 13 billion yuan, and the market scale has almost reached 25 billion yuan. Regarding to Chongqing’s development planning, by the end of 2015, Chongqing finance lease institutions will increase by 5 billion yuan investment through increasing registered capital. Government believes the finance lease marketing will be another drive force to accelerate economic developments covering a very wide range area.

Cloud Computing to Power Chongqing Internet "Cloud Entrepreneurship"

On August 11, at the conference of Alibaba Cloud Computing (“AliCloud”) Chongqing Summit, Ali Cloud announced that it will offer adorable prices to Chongqing’s entrepreneurs’ fi rst buys of its cloud server. Entrepreneurs are able to save up to 100 thousand yuan for launching their business. Ali Cloud affirmed that they are currently planning to have more Chongqing partners, and the projects shall cover areas including infrastructure services, the third-party development, industrial solutions and customer-relationship solutions. Meanwhile, Ali Cloud is willing to provide its unique package in supporting entrepreneurs when they need cloud computing resources and services, and the package is valued range from 30,000 to 400,000 yuan.

Chongqing Mobile Internet Industrial Park has successfully signed agreements with Ali Cloud. The Ali project “Entrepreneur +” is committed to establish entrepreneur incubator, and aims to provide necessary supports.

Chongqing Iron and Steel Co. and Korean POSCO Singed a 62-billion-yuan Project Cooperation Agreem

On August 6, Chongqing Iron and Steel Co singed cold-roll and galvanize project cooperatio agreement with POSCO. This joint venture aims t produce high-end cold-rolled galvanized automobil and home appliance. Its annual production scale i 2.4 million tons, and the total investment is about 6 billion yuan. POSCO’s the main product, high tensil steel plates has entered Chongqing mainstream automobile markets and is widely adopted b manufacturers such as Chongqing Chang’an Ford Since the automobile industry is one of the thre traditional industries of Chongqing, the joint ventur with POSCO will accelerate the local economi development.
