Meaning： Cosmetic surgery that aims to make a mother look the way she did before she had children.

“媽咪整容術(shù)”的目的在于使生育過的女性看上去如同生育前一樣青春貌美，可以包含多種整容手術(shù)程序，通常包括使腹部皮膚緊致的腹部拉皮手術(shù)，去除多余脂肪的抽脂術(shù)，以及（使用或不使用假體）乳房提升手術(shù)。

Unable to regain her old shape through exercise after delivering her baby， Buttram， 32， opted for breast augmentation and a tummy tuck， popular procedures as part of what plastic surgeons have dubbed “the mommy makeover.”

After one Ukrainian woman gained international notoriety for her transformation into a “l(fā)iving doll”， at least two more have surfaced as devotees of the beauty trend， nicknamed the “Barbie flu”.

Meaning： A cosmetic surgical procedure to help one’s feet fit into a particular shoe or shoe style.

愛美人士的追求可謂無止境，就連腳底也下足了功夫。為了穿上美鞋，許多女性紛紛嘗試“灰姑娘”手術(shù)，指為了穿上某雙鞋或某種鞋而進(jìn)行的足部整形手術(shù)。

Meaning： The cinematic equivalent of Photoshop used to digitally extend the women.

拍了照片以后覺得哪里不滿意，我們可以用專業(yè)的圖片編輯工具來修飾。其實，電影拍出來以后，如果導(dǎo)演覺得里面的女演員看起來不夠美，也是可以用后期技術(shù)進(jìn)行修飾的，這種行為被稱為“數(shù)碼整容”?！皵?shù)碼整容”其實就是電影版的PS，主要用數(shù)碼手段拉伸女星的身材?！皵?shù)碼整容”最早在“小甜甜”布蘭妮的一部紀(jì)錄片中使用，身高為5.4英尺（162厘米）的布蘭妮為了讓自己在拉斯維加斯演唱會上達(dá)到歌舞女郎的最低身高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，足足把自己拉長了3英寸（7.6厘米）。另外，她在紀(jì)錄片中也比在之前的宣傳片中顯瘦。
