Impact of Macro-management on the Industrialization of Social Economy

Ⅰ.Integrated industrial development as the time characteristics of the macro－management of social economy

1.The formation of industrial cluster

From the perspective of the development of social industrialization，the formation of industrial cluster means that the industrialization development has already formed a certain scale，integrating among different industries，making the social industries closely related with each other and fully supplementing its developmental elements.〔1〕It is the fundamental form in the new normal of the construction and formation of social economy.It is also a representation of the regulation effect on the macro－management of social economy，and it can satisfy the comprehensive requirement and supplement the internal elements of the industrial structure，and social economy can integrate with each other and advance hand in hand.

Ⅱ.Targeting of social economy management creating the new pattern of the social industrialization

1.The power of the economical industrialization

As for the macro－management of social economy，the sustainable goal management of social economy is the key element，fully analyzing and exploring the necessary connection between the developmental environment and elements of social economy，making the connection of the overall development become wider，and the development of industrial economy becomes the fundamental result of the macro－management of social economy.〔2〕The sustainable development of social economy demands the different elements to form the new coordinated and unified management form to highlight the direction and measurement，forming the enlargement of the feasible elements of the recycled development in social economy.

2.The element of forming social economy industrialization

The development of the macro－economy is with the characteristics of stage.At the beginning stage，it is the construction of the primary industrialization form，with certain independence and little interaction to the overall economy development.In the middle stage，the industrialization chain began to form，but there exists the broken point and it is in the imperfect state.With the rapid development of the society，the internet narrows the distance among different areas，which made supply and demand wider.The industrialization chain changed from the fixed development to intangible development，and formed the overall social economy.〔3〕At this stage，the role of the macro－management of social economy is embodied in the internal overall coordination of different areas.It can help the development speed，direction and stage，satisfy the fundamental requirement of the social development of social economy to analyze and explore the connection among different industries，and highlight the basic function of the macro－control to the industrial structure so as to make the industrialization into true.As the fundamental form of the future overall economy，it can help to form the integrated economy in the future.

3.Target evaluation of the overall macro－economy

The developmental goal of social economy lies in the overall construction of the sustainable recycled effect of the macro－economy to form the new normal of social economy.Macro－economy management emphasizes the regulation and control of the economy and overall development，making the scientific construction of the stability and development considering the overall state of the macro－economy from the perspective of micro－economy，and plays a decisive role to the formation of the industrialization for social economy，and it is the powerful stimulation to develop social economy.It is the general character istics of the overall target development of social economy.

Ⅲ.Development of industry chains as the fundamental tendency of social economy management

1.The new trend of integration to social economy

With regard to the internal connection between macro－economy management and industrialization development，development of industry chains is the external form of the new pattern of industrialization development.Links among internal economy in different areas are expressed and the supply and demand direction among enterprises is very clear，making it possible to form the coordinated and stable development in the industries.For the development of social economy，the sustainable and recycle characteristics are more obvious，and a new trend of the internal connection in different areas is formed to quicken the approach of the new state.In contrast，in the local management characteristics of the traditional social economy，the integrity is relatively low；in this condition，the macro－economy management itself cannot reach the fundamental goal，so the formation of the benign development cycle lacks the joining point in social industries.〔4〕This is the fundamental role of the industry chains，which is more obvious to the promotion of the integration in social economy，and realizes the developmental value to the macro－management of social economy，meanwhile，as the reverse promoting force of the formation of the industry chain，it fully represents the characteristics such as the coordination，scientific organization and unity of the management.

2.The macro－integrity of social economy

The macro－management of social economy highlights the macro－regulation and control process of the overall economy，and constructs the developmental elements.Based on the role of the developmental elements，the comprehensive study and analysis should be done to their internal values to regulate and develop accordingly，providing the powerful external role for the stability to the social development.On this basis，the chain structure in the social industrialization is clearly constructed to make the internal stability and facilitation to a new height，make the industrial pattern more reasonable and ensure the stability of the development of social economy.That is the development value of the macro－management of social economy and the fundamental basis to optimize the internal elements in the industry chains，pushing the overall development of social economy and enlarging the development zone of the elements in social economy，providing a scientific basis for the reorganization of the internal elements in the chains.It can turn the macro－management facing the overall development，guiding the innovation of the development pattern in social economy and the perfection and rationality of the economic structure，pushing the development of social economy based on the overall needs in the contemporary society，keeping the full innovation and exploration of the developmental forms，providing apowerful guidance to the diversified development of social economy.

3.Fundamental embodiment of Industrialization Node economy

The main characteristics of the industrialization development of social economy lie in the overall development of the internal nodes.The relationship between supply and demand in enterprises is closer，keeping the internal connection of the raw materials，production and marketing close，and the interaction with each other is more concrete，〔5〕which is the scientific reflection of the formation in the industrialization development of social economy，the concrete presentation of the social relationship among the internal node elements.In the modern times of the macro－management in social economy，we should manage the internal node elements in the industrialization development of social economy，which can satisfy the concrete needs of the node elements，keeping clear to the common social need direction of the internal node elements.In the construction process of social economy structure，the present basic situation of driving and developing with each other is formed，laying a solid foundation for the reasonable development of keeping social economy structure.In this course，the fundamental premise is the coordination and optimization possessed by the macro－development of social economy，fully exploring and analyzing the fundamental elements of social economy，making the elements of social economy identical with the development direction of the society，matching the internal needs in different economical areas，keeping enlarging the internal node elements in the industrialization.The macro－management of social economy pushes the development pattern to the goals of grid and diversification in social economy，and the node elements in the industrialization of social economy can play an overall and positive role in the formation of the macro－economy.

4.The related industry pattern and the macro－management of social economy

From the industry chains，we can see that the interaction among social economies is more concrete，and the restriction and the social influence are stronger，playing a decisive role to push the overall economy development.The elements in industry chains include the following：firstly，resource elements，which are the key to the development of the overall economy，and the security of the production and sales of products，which is fundamental in the industrial chain.〔6〕Secondly，productive elements，which are the core of the supply of products，the priority among priorities of satisfying the internal demands of social development，and the important part to push the economy.Thirdly，generalized elements，mainly including social marketing and marketing process of the enterprise.Fourthly，service elements，which are the basic factor to perfect and improve the functions of products，and it is the indispensable part in internal elements of the industry chain.From these basic elements，we can see that the four elements coordinate and develop with each other，which are not separate with the regulation and control and the management of social economy to ensure the rationality of the industrial pattern，pushing the comprehensive development of the macro－economy，enlarging the relevance of the industries，and became the inevitable outcome of the macro－management of social economy.We must ensure the integrated and scientific developmental way and increase the rationality of the developmental pattern to reach the comprehensive formation of the new normal in development of social economy.

Ⅳ.Conclusions

From the perspective of the overall deployment of current social economy，the overall adjustment of the stability of the economic structure is needed，with the macro－management of social economy as the overall idea，to efficiently regulate and control it to increase the rationality and adaptability of the economy.The industrialization economy development used as the fundamental form will optimize the internal structure of the economy，comprehensively enlarge the productive elements to form the new situation of industry chain and the cluster development，satisfy the fundamental requirement of the economy development in contemporary society，and provide core driving force to the new normal formation in social economy.
