最好的創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)意來自市場 失敗的經(jīng)驗彌足珍貴 ——以色列創(chuàng)業(yè)領(lǐng)域Gil Avnimelech博士來渝演講

2015年6月3日，以色列創(chuàng)業(yè)領(lǐng)域?qū)＜褿il Avnimelech博士，在西南大學和渝通賓館成功進行了兩場創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)專題演講。據(jù)悉，本次活動由以色列駐成都總領(lǐng)事館與重慶市科委、重慶市外國專家局聯(lián)合主辦，重慶市科學技術(shù)研究院、重慶高技術(shù)創(chuàng)業(yè)中心聯(lián)合承辦。以色列駐成都總領(lǐng)事館副總領(lǐng)事雅各布先生、重慶市外國專家局局長雷虹親臨活動現(xiàn)場致辭。

雅各布先生和雷虹在各自的致辭中都表示：中以雙方有必要加強在創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)方面的合作，以更加積極的姿態(tài)搶占創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)時代的制高點，推動雙方產(chǎn)業(yè)融合和轉(zhuǎn)型升級，實現(xiàn)互利共贏。雅各布先生還在現(xiàn)場提出以色列與重慶關(guān)于軟件開發(fā)等方面展開合作的建議，表示將全力支持以色列相關(guān)機構(gòu)與重慶開展科研方面的實質(zhì)性合作。

眾所周知，以色列是世界著名的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)基地，以色列自上世紀60年代便開始探索創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)的孵化模式。如今，以色列每年大約有2000多家創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)新公司出現(xiàn)，為全世界提供成百上千的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)產(chǎn)品，涵蓋安全、軍事、衛(wèi)生等各個領(lǐng)域，其創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力得到世界公認。據(jù)主辦方介紹，Gil Avnimelech博士在以色列本·古里安大學管理學院獲得博士學位后，先后在以色列特拉維夫大學管理系、美國北卡羅琳娜大學公共政策系完成博士后研究工作。目前為以色列奧諾學術(shù)學院工商行政管理項目負責人之一，在創(chuàng)業(yè)融資、初創(chuàng)企業(yè)發(fā)展、創(chuàng)新及技術(shù)政策等方面擁有淵博的知識和豐富的經(jīng)驗。此次受邀來華在重慶、成都等地進行創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)方面的系列演講。每一次的演講又分為創(chuàng)業(yè)意識、創(chuàng)業(yè)融資、初創(chuàng)企業(yè)發(fā)展、高新技術(shù)集群發(fā)展、創(chuàng)新及技術(shù)政策、精益創(chuàng)業(yè)、商業(yè)模式發(fā)展、商業(yè)計劃寫作等八個具體部分，全面涵蓋了創(chuàng)業(yè)者從“靈光一閃”到具體實施的每一步。同時，Gil Avnimelech博士還詳細介紹了以色列國家的發(fā)展歷程和以色列高科技產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化發(fā)展的進程，以色列政府對創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)的政策支持，以及以色列的“孵化器”、投融資機構(gòu)的運作模式等。

Gil Avnimelech博士現(xiàn)場接受記者采訪時表示，在中國政府向公眾發(fā)出“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新”的背景下，創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)已經(jīng)成為中國的國家戰(zhàn)略，而以色列在這方面具有較多經(jīng)驗，這一定能夠成為以色列與重慶乃至中國進一步開展項目交流合作的基礎(chǔ)。

對于多數(shù)中國創(chuàng)業(yè)者最為關(guān)心的“如何找到賺錢的商業(yè)模式”、如何能夠得到一個掙錢的“金點子”等問題，Gil Avnimelech博士認為，最好的創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)意一定來自于市場，應(yīng)該真正的深入消費者、深入市場去了解他們的真實需求，認真地去傾聽和了解他們想要的服務(wù)到底是什么，通過這樣的互動調(diào)查以后，一定能夠發(fā)現(xiàn)市場上真實的潛在需求。同時，他還強調(diào)，失敗的經(jīng)驗對于創(chuàng)業(yè)者來說彌足珍貴，“以色列風投公司更愿意投資那些有過失敗經(jīng)歷的企業(yè)家。”

Dr.Gil Avnimelech,Expert of Entrepreneurship from Israel,had his speech “Innovation and Entrepreneurship”in Chongqing on June 3,2015.Excellency,Cobi Yonovsky,Deputy Consul General of Consulate General of Israel in Chengdu,and Mr.Lei Hong,Director of Chongqing Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs,attended in the event hosted by Consulate General of Israel in Chengdu,Chongqing Science and Technology Commission,Chongqing Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs,and co-organized by Chongqing Academy of Science and Technology,Chongqing High-Tech Incubator Center.

To realize mutually beneficial cooperation,Cobi Yonovsky,Deputy Consul General of Consulate General of Israel in Chengdu,and Lei Hong,Director of Chongqing Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs,both agreed to the initiatives of bilateral cooperation that covers array of sectors,including supporting the measures of entrepreneurship,as well as strengthening the business environment of being creative and innovative.Cobi Yonovsky proposed Israel’s bid to expand substantial cooperation with Chongqing in high-tech innovative projects.

Meanwhile,with the glorious historical and technological achievements in mind,Dr.Gil Avnimelech thoroughly demonstrated that Israeli government has approved programs supporting innovations and technology-related entrepreneurship.

He also indicated that Chinese government’s proposal to jointly explore markets by popular entrepreneurship and innovation is one of the most strategic initiatives for boosting connectivity and cooperation.To further advancing closer cooperation between Israel and Chongqing,there is still much more the two sides can learn from each other,and Dr.Gil Avnimelech hopes Israel will grow to be a hub for Chongqing investments.

When reform and innovation fuel a massive wave of entrepreneurship from grassroots level upwards across the whole China,“what is the most efficient business model for entrepreneurship”or “how to be a successful entrepreneur”have become the Chinese entrepreneurs’first concern.And Dr.Gil Avnimelech believes that markets should be the most potential and resourceful place where will be always unlocked to entrepreneurs who are innovative and creative,in the meantime,entrepreneurs should be constantly regenerating from their experiences while being vigorous,remaining robust.
