青年成染艾高危人群

Earlier， the statistics of AIDS project of United Nations Children's Fund shows that， in the world， the death rate of normal people infected AIDS dropped 30% from 2005 to 2012， but that of youths increased 50%. There are 6300 newly added AIDS infected people every day worldwide and 40% of them are youths from the age of 15 to 24.

Until now， AIDS is till the obstructive factor for the economic development of African countries and also the main deadly disease and the number one killer of youths there. But sadly， many youths even don’t know if they infected HIV virus or not.

Some statistics shows that， in Sub-Saharan Africa， for people of the age from 15 to 24， only 10% males and 15% of females know whether they infected AIDS or not. In fact， 69% the newly added 890000 youths AIDS cases are found here and this area is called the “high prevalence area of youths AIDS”. At the same time， female covers 60% of the world youths AIDS cases.

早前，聯(lián)合國兒童基金會(huì)艾滋病項(xiàng)目數(shù)據(jù)顯示，世界范圍內(nèi)，普通人群艾滋病相關(guān)死亡率在2005-2012年間下降了30%，但青少年艾滋病相關(guān)死亡率卻增長了50%。全球范圍內(nèi)每天新增6，300名艾滋病感染者，其中約40%的人為15-24歲的青年人。

至今，艾滋病仍是影響非洲國家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的阻礙因素，成為當(dāng)?shù)刂饕闹虏『椭滤兰膊?，是?dǎo)致青年死亡的頭號殺手。但可悲的是，很多青年甚至并不了解自己是否已經(jīng)感染了艾滋病病毒。

有數(shù)據(jù)表明，撒哈拉以南非洲地區(qū)15-24歲的人群中，只有10%左右的男性和15%左右的女性知道自己是否感染艾滋病病毒。事實(shí)上，2009年全球新增的89萬青少年染艾病例中，有69%分布在此，因此撒哈拉以南非洲被稱作“青少年艾滋高發(fā)地區(qū)”。與此同時(shí)，婦女所占全球青少年艾滋病病例的比重高達(dá)60%。

If people think AIDS only shows its ugly face to youths in countries of relatively backward economy， then the idea is just too innocent. Actually， just as Fran?oise Barré-Sinoussi said， AIDS is a global disaster and Asia， Europe and America all cannot escape from it.

A news report once said that， a woman in UK didn’t protective measures for herself just because she thought “AIDS only exists in Africa”， and finally infected with this disease and regretted all her life time.

In America， the president of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Thomas Frieden said to the public in 2012 that， there are at least 1000 youths who infected HIV virus every month in America. He said the country spends $500 million on youths AIDS infection prevention， but the high infected rate surprises us and is unacceptable.

倘若世人認(rèn)為艾滋病只對經(jīng)濟(jì)較為落后國家的青年群體露出猙獰面目，那么勢必對該形勢抱有過于天真的念頭。實(shí)際上，正如弗朗索瓦絲·巴爾·西諾西所言，艾滋病作為席卷全球的災(zāi)難，亞洲、歐洲、美洲國家也未從中幸免于難。

曾有新聞報(bào)道稱，英國某女子因?yàn)橐欢认嘈拧鞍滩≈辉诜侵迖掖嬖凇倍鴮ψ陨聿徊扇”Ｗo(hù)措施，最終被傳染艾滋病而抱憾終生。

在美國，該國疾病控制預(yù)防中心主任托馬斯·弗里登2012年即對外宣稱，美國每個(gè)月至少有1，000名青少年感染艾滋病病毒。他也表示，美國每年耗資約5億美元用于防止青少年感染艾滋，但如此高的感染率讓人措手不及并無法接受。

And this， is just the epitome of the world youths infected AIDS.

同樣，在中國東莞，最新新聞動(dòng)態(tài)中公布的一組數(shù)據(jù)讓人觸目驚心。報(bào)道顯示，2014年東莞累計(jì)報(bào)告艾滋感染共計(jì)758例，同比上升30%。該市衛(wèi)生計(jì)生局負(fù)責(zé)人更坦承，該市艾滋疫情勢頭一直處于上升態(tài)勢，而青少年人群的狀況并不樂觀。該市疾控中心艾防所負(fù)責(zé)人朱建瓊更拋出“驚雷”，“東莞高?；径及l(fā)現(xiàn)過學(xué)生感染艾滋病的消息?！?/p>

而這些，僅僅是全球青年感染艾滋病的縮影。
