Nonetheless, African countries should not repeat the mistake of “polluting before administrating” during the process of industrialization, but protect ecology and environment while developing economy.” In order to translate the vision of “benefiting more people” into reality, “Winning Star” should base on the actual situation in Africa, response to the need of Peace and Development, and prioritize green environment-friendly solar energy series products and LED energy-smart products while designing.

“A company’s mission is to make people’s life richer and better through trading and creating values.” As a Christian, Fu hopes that all his staff can follow the example of Abraham in the Bible who endeavors for the happiness of all human beings. Moreover, he believes that regardless of skin color and races, everyone is a created by God. African people are inferior to none. Africa is home to rich resources and primitive ecological environment. Africa-based companies should all put green, environment-friendly, ecologically safe products in the first place, in hope to meet the demand of local market and send blessings to the local people.
“Winning Star”, at the initial of its African Branches, is well aware of the need of African market. The company makes most of its research and manufacturing capability and introduces its cost-effective, ecologically safe products into Africa, to utilize the sufficient sunlight blessed by God to tackle the daily inconveniences of electricity shortage. The company also hires local staff to enhance local employment, provides dealing service to help them make progress in business development and aftermarket services. He considers that China’s commercial model and development experiences can greatly promote development in African countries.

As the business in Africa develops and grows, “Winning Star” also actively strengthen its relationship with governments of all the African countries, share successful results with them and promote green, environment-friendly, ecological and sustainable concepts and demonstration projects. Moreover, “Winning Star” also conducted collaboration with IESCO, jointly enhancing the construction of ecological cities in African countries, and making Africa a green continent and ecological park. On May 27, 2014, “Winning Star” cooperated with Ecological Civilization Committee of UN Alliance of Civilizations, UN Habitat Youth Empowerment and Urban Safety Committee, Global Parties Climate and Ecological Alliance, IESCO and many other international organizations, established the Purchasing and Procurement Center of International Organizations in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province, China, proactively promote UN Youth Skill Training and Ecological Skill Training Program. According to the plan, the purchasing center would carry out international conferences, disaster reliefs, international poverty alleviation, educational and training and the purchasing of office supplies.
However, Fu believes that he could achieve far more than what he has now. He is making plan in his mind for the next step of “Winning Star”: export green, ecologically safe products to Africa, establish factories in Africa, run assembly lines, train more local staff to increase local youth employment and lift Africa out of poverty, expend the outlets of “Winning Star” in Africa to cover more African countries and realize branding and chain operation, transfer from trade to production, establish assembly base and industrial park… “No matter which step comes first, ‘Winning Star’ will unswervingly focuses on green, ecologically safe products.
隨著公司在非業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展和壯大,“勝利之星”也積極加強(qiáng)同非洲各國(guó)政府的聯(lián)系,向非洲各國(guó)分享中國(guó)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),共同推廣綠色、環(huán)保、生態(tài)和可持續(xù)發(fā)展的理念和示范工程;同時(shí)與國(guó)際生態(tài)安全合作組織等國(guó)際組織合作,攜手推進(jìn)非洲國(guó)家的生態(tài)城市建設(shè),讓非洲成為綠色之洲、生態(tài)之園。2014年5月27日,“勝利之星”與聯(lián)合國(guó)文明聯(lián)盟生態(tài)委員會(huì)、聯(lián)合國(guó)人居署青年賦權(quán)與城市安全委員會(huì)、世界政黨氣候與生態(tài)聯(lián)盟、國(guó)際生態(tài)安全合作組織等國(guó)際組織合作,在中國(guó)浙江省義烏市成立了國(guó)際組織采購(gòu)中心,積極配合推進(jìn)聯(lián)合國(guó)青年技術(shù)培訓(xùn)與生態(tài)技能培訓(xùn)工作的開展。依照計(jì)劃,該采購(gòu)中心將根據(jù)國(guó)際組織采購(gòu)安排,完成國(guó)際會(huì)議、災(zāi)害救援、國(guó)際扶貧、教育培訓(xùn)以及辦公用品的采購(gòu)。聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織和平文化、非暴力及跨文化對(duì)話主任凱特琳娜·斯特歐,國(guó)際生態(tài)安全合作組織總干事蔣明君為其授牌。
然而,現(xiàn)有的成果還遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠,傅初建心中還醞釀著“勝利之星”下一步的發(fā)展計(jì)劃:在把中國(guó)綠色安全產(chǎn)品出口到非洲的同時(shí),還將在非洲大陸開辦工廠,在當(dāng)?shù)赝斗派a(chǎn)線,培訓(xùn)更多的本土員工,以增加當(dāng)?shù)厍嗄昃蜆I(yè)率,幫助非洲脫貧致富;在現(xiàn)有分公司的基礎(chǔ)上,以點(diǎn)帶面地?cái)U(kuò)大“勝利之星”在非分公司數(shù)量,輻射更多非洲國(guó)家,實(shí)現(xiàn)品牌化和連鎖化運(yùn)作,以及從貿(mào)易逐步轉(zhuǎn)向生產(chǎn)過(guò)渡,建立生產(chǎn)組裝基地和工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)園……“不論在哪一個(gè)方面,‘勝利之星’都將聚焦綠色生態(tài)安全產(chǎn)品作為布局原則?!?/p>
