In recent years, Beijing International Vocational Education School has kept looking for a way to enable handicapped students to master advanced skills and technologies and have the occupations they like as their physically and mentally healthy peers to be self-reliant in society with more dignity and strength, and reduce the burdens on their families and society. In 2011, Beijing International Vocational Education School finally found the answer. Depending on its advanced educational resources, the school carried out free vocational education for handicapped youth in the way of joint school-running. Upon graduation, the students can get certificates of secondary vocational education issued uniformly by Beijing Municipal Education Commission. The certificates play an immeasurable role in their employment as well as in their future, and also show social respect towards them. It is learned that-this is the first time that in vocational education for the disabled is conducted by joint school operation in Beijing or China.
近年來,北京國際職業(yè)教育學(xué)校一直探尋如何才能使殘障學(xué)生像身心健全的青年們一樣,掌握先進(jìn)的技術(shù)技能,從事他們喜歡的職業(yè),從而更有尊嚴(yán)、更有實力的自立于社會,同時減輕家庭和社會的負(fù)擔(dān)。2011年,北京國際職業(yè)教育學(xué)校終于找到了答案。憑借其先進(jìn)的教育資源,以合作辦學(xué)的方式免費為殘障青年們開展職業(yè)教育培訓(xùn)。畢業(yè)時,這些學(xué)生能拿到北京市教委統(tǒng)一頒發(fā)的中等職業(yè)教育證書。這個證書對于殘障學(xué)生的就業(yè)和他們的未來有著不可估量的作用,也體現(xiàn)了社會對他們的尊重。據(jù)悉,在北京市、乃至全國,以合作辦學(xué)方式開展殘疾人職業(yè)教育尚屬首例。
On Sep. 1, 2011, the school opening day, Dongcheng District Special Education School and Beijing International Vocational Education School signed a cooperation agreement to carry out secondary vocational education including cooking and painting for students with hearing and mental disabilities. The program includes two parts. The first is direct teaching activities. Teachers from Beijing International Vocational Education School are assigned to conduct teaching activities in Dongcheng District Special Education School and provide guidance for the professional high school classes. The second is voluntary services led by the students such as the \"hand-in-hand\" activity among students. On this basis, a teaching system is formed which centers on nine-year compulsory education up to vocational high school and features on learning in regular classes and delivering teachers to the door. They have a quite simple purpose--to enable these disadvantaged kids to take care of themselves. The initial teaching goal is to teach the kids to cook 20 dishes, 10 desserts and some cold dishes. Now, as the cooperative teaching program has entered into its third year, the result is quite satisfying: the kids can not only look after themselves, but also repay the society after graduation. Better still, three of them are now studying together with healthy kids to prepare for the cooking level test.
The cooking section made great improvement in the cooperation program. Dean of the cooking section He Liang told the reporter delightedly: “I felt my mind was baptized when I saw the autistic kids started to learn how to communicate, kids with cerebral palsy began to take care of themselves, and kids with abnormal behaviors started to gain self-control consciousness. Their improvement gave more joy to me than those of their healthy peers. Persistent education efficiently upgrades the life quality of the students and vastly increases the happiness of their families. It turns out that these kids are not burdens on their families. They are capable and can do things very well. In some aspects, they perform even better than healthy kids. For example, they are extremely attentive when studying and derive spiritual delight in the process.
2011年9月1日,北京國際職業(yè)教育學(xué)校與北京東城區(qū)特教學(xué)校在東城特殊教育學(xué)校的開學(xué)典禮上簽訂了合作協(xié)議,以期對聾生和智障學(xué)生開展烹飪、美術(shù)等中等職業(yè)教育。該項目的具體分成兩大類,一是直接的教學(xué)活動。主要是由北京國際職業(yè)教育學(xué)校的老師去特教學(xué)校組織教學(xué),并對特教學(xué)校的職高班進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)。二是學(xué)生之間的志愿服務(wù)活動。主要是開展志愿服務(wù),例如,舉行兩校學(xué)生的牽手活動。在此基礎(chǔ)上,面對殘疾學(xué)生,最終形成了以九年義務(wù)教育為核心,以職業(yè)高中為縱向延伸,以隨班就讀、送教上門為橫向延伸的“十字型”辦學(xué)格局。其實,她們的初衷很簡單,就是盡量讓這些殘障孩子的生活能夠自理。最早的教學(xué)思路和定位在于能做20個菜、10道點心和一些小涼菜。如今,現(xiàn)在合作教學(xué)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入到第三個年頭,過去三年的實踐讓大家驚喜的發(fā)現(xiàn),他們不僅僅可以生活自理,而且還有可能畢業(yè)后去服務(wù)社會。甚至現(xiàn)在還有三個學(xué)生和身心健全的孩子一起學(xué)習(xí),共同參加烹飪考級。
在兩校合作辦學(xué)的過程中,烹飪專業(yè)進(jìn)展頗好。該專業(yè)主任何亮欣慰地告訴記者,“當(dāng)我看到自閉癥孩子慢慢開始學(xué)會溝通,腦癱孩子生活漸漸能夠自理,行為異常的孩子有了自控意識,我感覺這是對人心靈的洗滌??吹剿麄兊倪M(jìn)步,比看到身心健全的學(xué)生們進(jìn)步還要令我高興。堅持不懈的教育有效地提高了學(xué)生的生存質(zhì)量,也大幅度提高了他們家庭的幸福指數(shù)。事實證明,這些孩子并不是家人的累贅。他們不僅能干,而且可以干好!甚至在某些方面,他們比身體健全的學(xué)生還要優(yōu)秀。比如說,學(xué)習(xí)時極度認(rèn)真。”
He said that President of the Dongcheng District Special Education School Zhou Ye and other faculty members had exerted tremendous efforts to conduct scientific and efficient education activities for the kids,. \"After practices for many times, we completed The Secondary Vocational Education Curriculum Program (Planned) for Kids in The Hearing Impaired Department and Mentally Retarded Department of Dongcheng District Special Education School, compiled curriculum outlines of 9 subjects (draft) including Chinese Cuisine, Practical Chinese and Art Hand Craft, and 7 teaching books including Chinese Cuisine, Pastry and Art Hand Craft. In the middle of November, 2011, officials of the Dongcheng District Government made special investigation and gave full praise to this work. On May 22, 2012, the school held skills performance by the secondary vocational cooking section--''Set the Sail of Hope\". The students excellently displayed their learning outcome through basic skill performance, and cooking of dishes and desserts, which earned high opinion from the school and their parents.\"
President Qianweidong believes that IESCO is always devoted to youth empowerment including protecting and promoting disabled people's equal access to human right and fundamental freedom. He hopes to strengthen cooperation with UN-Habitat and IESCO to further conduct vocational education for disabled people by means of cooperative education, and promote this mode all over the world to help more disabled youths to equally enjoy the right of education and employment the same as healthy youths.
據(jù)何亮主任介紹,為了科學(xué)、有效地開展針對這些孩子的教育實驗工作,特教學(xué)校周曄校長和其他老師付出了諸多努力?!敖?jīng)過實踐,我們共同完成了《東城區(qū)特殊教育學(xué)校聽障和智障部中等職業(yè)教育課程設(shè)置方案(試行)》、中式烹調(diào)、實用語文、美勞制作等9門課程綱要(初稿)和中式烹飪、面點、美勞制作等7冊教學(xué)用書的編纂。2011年11月中旬,東城區(qū)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)專項調(diào)研了此項工作并給予充分的肯定;2012年5月22日,學(xué)校舉行了“揚起希望的風(fēng)帆”烹飪專業(yè)中職班技能展示活動,通過基本功表演、菜品、甜點制作等活動,學(xué)生們出色展示了他們的學(xué)習(xí)成果,從而得到了學(xué)校以及家長的高度稱贊。
錢衛(wèi)東校長認(rèn)為,國際生態(tài)安全合作組織一直致力于青年賦權(quán)等工作,包括促進(jìn)和保護(hù)所有殘疾人平等地享有一切人權(quán)和基本自由。我們希望與聯(lián)合國人居署和國際生態(tài)安全合作組織加強(qiáng)合作,并以合作辦學(xué)的方式繼續(xù)開展殘疾人職業(yè)教育,把這種模式推廣到世界各地,從而讓更多的殘障青年和健全青年一樣,平等享有教育、就業(yè)等方面的權(quán)利。”
