ABSTRACT

Abstract:Reform must first construct its discourse，which is necessary and possible to clarify the direction for reform and the contents of the reform paths．Since the Third Plenary Session of the party，Chinese Communists have constructed the reform discourse which has an inherent logic．Specifically，it can be expressed as:taking criticism as the starting point，supported by theory，based on practice，testified with evidence from history，taking international reference．Chinese Communists have mastered through reform discourse construction initiative for reform．

Abstract:This paper proposed the evolution path of national governance structure of three stages from Magnetic Repulsion to Magnetic Absorption to Coupling between state and society by examining the experience of China's national governance，analyzing the academic documents and studying the relevant principles of natural science，and then conceptualized the national governance structure and logic of China．The paper analyzed the core elements of coupled governance model，e．g．identity，embeddedness and permeability，and showed the readers the good prospect for China's national governance through the case study of“Caring Guicheng”．

Abstract:Having inherited the rational and critical spirit of traditional public sphere，internet public sphere has rendered the innovation of interpersonal behaviors and communication orders with the distinct characteristics of zero barrier，no boundary，wide coverage，decentralization and popularization of communication．Also，it has been leading the structural transformation of public sphere．The revolution of internet technology has made the power shift of public sphere，and such a flat and virtual structure has provided citizens with an important platform for exchanges and communications that facilitates participations and actions．In the internet public sphere that is public-issue oriented，the inputs and outputs in political systems tend to be regular and routinized．From the perspectives of ontology，theory of object，discourse theory and function theory，the adequacy of games by participants，reciprocity of participants，argumentations between exchanges and communications and the publicity of social issues will set the gaming framework and practical logic for internet public sphere．At the same time，the innovations of internet technology and the consequent social changes will extend the boundary and territory of public sphere．

Abstract:Taking advantage of cognitive methods，the research compared the cognition processing features of Dongba manuscripts，pictures and Chinese characters to explore the nature of Dongba manuscripts．The results showed that:(1)There are familiarity effect，concretion effect and typicality effect in Dongba manuscripts processing．(2)There is constituent amount effect when processing high familiarity Dongba characters;the classificatory symbols of Dongba characters haven't yet been‘Yifu’as in Chinese characters;Phonological symbols of Dongba characters haven't been‘Shengfu’as in Chinese characters．(3)The reaction to Dongba manuscripts and pictures showed no difference in naming and classifying tasks．As the whole results put，Dongba manuscripts are characters which are now on the stage close to picture writing and are transferring in the initial course．

Abstract:By using self-paced reading method and probe-recognition task with either 500ms and 1500ms ISI，we examined the mental representation of Chinese negative metaphors．Participants read narratives with the last sentence as the target which took either affirmative or negative form and with the target entity either present or not in the situation．It was found that，under both time conditions，the negative metaphors were less accessible than the affirmative and the situation showed no influence on the accessibility．The negated item which is present in the situation is the least accessible and takes the longest time to be recognized．These results are consistent with the theory that comprehenders construct a proposition representation of the text when understanding negative metaphors．

Abstract:Creativity is a high-level mental process that human being is born with exclusively．The neural mechanism of creativity has been a core issue of cognitive neuroscience research．This study applied fractional amplitude of low frequency fluctuation(fALFF)，and compared spontaneous neuronal activities in different low frequency sections(0．01-0．08Hz;slow-5，0．01-0．027Hz;slow-4，0．027-0．073Hz)of the resting state between two groups of subjects．One is highly creative and the other is low in creativity．The results indicated that the high creative group had stronger fALFF in the salience network while the low creative one had stronger fALFF in the default mode network in the section of 0．01Hz-0．08Hz，and fALFF was obviously band specific．The neural activity pattern of high creative persons we found in this study would be of benefit for exploration in creativity neuromechanism，and fALFF as a radiographic index would give a new path to creativity research．

Abstract:Through the analysis on the misunderstanding towards entrepreneurship training(ET)for university students，this essay proposes a reconsideration of ET，which presents the theory of implantation of“entrepreneurship gene”into students and transformation and upgrading of service economy．It points out the path towards the main battlefields both on campus and outside campus，exploring the ecological system construction for ET:discipline innovation，entrepreneurship integration，policy systematization，service socialization and value marketization．

Abstract:In new era，in the process of China's higher education development，there are many problems and many conflicts，most of which have close relationship with the macro social function and micro-social function of Higher Education．In theory，the macro-social functions of higher education include the support functions of the system，the worldwide switching and adaptation functions in the system，and micro-social functions include socialization and social choice functions．The reality shows that in the development of Chinese higher education there exists not only the macro level uneven development，but also the disordered development of the micro-level，interweaving of which caused the difficulties faced by the Chinese Higher Education．

Abstract:There exists historically the folk moral system and the institutionalized moral paradigm in the case of people's general moral belief and moral value．In the tradition of Chinese moral culture，there exists historically the identical base of moral value between the institutionalized moral paradigm and the folk moral system，keeping the stability of the moral culture，but it's necessary to promote the isomorphism between the institutionalized moral paradigm and the folk moral system by the value identification under the new circumstances because of the differences in their own value logic between the institutionalized moral paradigm and the folk moral system．

Abstract:Firstly，this paper uses simultaneous equations to estimate the compound contribution rate of international trade and export on economic growth in Guangdong province between 2001 and 2012．The comparison revealed differences between our conclusion and the contribution rate published on the“Guangdong Statistical Yearbook(2013)”which is based on the traditional expenditure-oriented GDP accounting method．Then this paper uses the input-output tables to estimate the contribution rate of export and import on Guangdong's GDP formation from the demand and supply aspects in the 2002，2007 and 2012．Finally，this paper proposes the future research directions and related policy recommendations based on our empirical estimates．

Abstract:Considering the particularity of China's listed company ownership structure，the article modifies the KMV model in the calculation of the stock market value and default point．Using all listed companies between 2010 and 2011 as samples，we measure and forecast the credit risk of ST corporations and non-ST corporations using the modified KMV model，and set the appropriate credit risk warning line．Our research，with large sample，shows that the modified KMV model is suitable as the early-warning of listed companies'financial distresses two years in advance．

Abstract:There are three types of M＆A models:horizontal M＆A，vertical M＆A and conglomerate M＆A．Our study focuses on M＆A performance when acquiring firms are at different phases of industries'life cycle and have adopted different M＆A models．We aim to inspect the life cycle hypothesis．We empirically analyzed the 182 M＆As which happened among the public companies of China from 2007 to 2009，and our conclusion is that the M＆A performance is positive when industry and firm are all at their growing phase and horizontal M＆A model is adopted，and when acquiring firms adopted vertical M＆A model，M＆A performance is positive when industries'and firms'life cycle are all at their mature phases，and those results are coincidence with the life cycle hypothesis．While conglomerate M＆A is adopted，M＆A performance is positive when industries are at growing phases and firms are at growing or mature phases，and this result is not coincidence with the life cycle hypothesis．

Abstract:In view of the insufficient motivation of the enterprises in developing ecological industry chain，this paper constructs the incentive models for government to promote the upstream enterprises to transform by-products．By the analysis of the incentive models under moral hazard and under the coexistence of adverse selection and moral hazard，we draw the following conclusions:when the incentive contracts only consider moral hazard，it is unable to prevent low-ability type enterprise from imitating high-ability type enterprise，and achieving additional revenue．This reduces the enthusiasm of the high-ability type enterprises in developing ecological industry chain．When incentive contracts consider the adverse selection and moral risk，although incentive factor and the effort level of high-ability type enterprise is downward distorted，it avoids low-ability type to imitate high-ability type enterprise，and protects the interests of the two types of enterprises．

Abstract:One of the main difficulties in the perfection of China's legislation in gender equality in employment lies in integrating the demand of sexual equality in employment in the designing of the social security mechanism on the premise of limited social resource surplus．As the earliest welfare state，Germany has gone through a period of high welfare．However，the welfare payment has been cut down due to the economic recession in 1970s．The welfare regime is now transforming to support the“adult worker”model．Its practice provides rich experiences for China to perfect the legislation on gender equality in employment:ensure the equal retirement welfare，improve the welfare system on reproduction，strengthen the protection of working women during pregnancy and reproduction and the appropriate intervening of the traditional family role division，inducing the males to take up some family responsibilities so as to realize the reconciliation of profession and family responsibilities．

Abstract:Condominium owners meeting is often held in the form of written vote inquiry．As for the delivered vote inquiry，in case that a condominium owner does not return the vote，he or she would be deemed as agreeing with the voting matters，and this is called“Non-vote Deemed as Consent”provision．The validity of such provision is doubted，but in practice，courts universally recognize it as valid．The problem lies in that the law does not provide resolution when condominium owners meeting could not reach agreement．Besides improvement of condominium owners meeting rules，in order to solve the underlying issue，it needs better mechanism design by establishing condominium owners representative system．Through collective discussion and sufficient exchange of opinions，the exercise of joint government by condominium owners would be facilitated．

Abstract:Administrative regulation and antitrust are external interventions from government，which has different policy objectives to conduct the traditional monopoly industries．From a historical perspective，administrative supervision and anti-monopoly regulation experienced a revolution．Specifically，the antitrust regulation initiated with integration between the regulation and supervision under a free environment．Later on，it went through antitrust deregulation and even exiting strategies under a strict environment．Last，it is a reintroduction of antitrust regulatory policies under less restricted environment．In our country，the regulatory reformation of monopoly industries should induce an overall trend from worldwide，which is deregulation against this industry．More specifically，it is to strengthen anti-monopoly regulation，to continue a less supervision environment，to induce a loose access to industry，to maintain less price regulation and to weaken the influence of state-owned monopoly enterprises and integrate them into an unified anti-monopoly regulation，so that it resolves many problems in the monopoly industries such as supply，price and efficiency issues．

Abstract:Chuangzaoshe'criticism begins in translation criticism and the criticism of translation literature is a useful tool for them to fight way out in the modern literary circle．Chuangzaoshe pays attention to the wrong translation and mistranslation instead of the translation materials and translation purpose in their criticism practice，in which they shows their outstanding foreign language level and translation abilities．In that way，Chuangzaoshe shows the presence of them by their voice and objectively contributes to the expansion of modern literary discourse space．

Abstract:Lu Xun's evaluation，which came from his general understanding of Chinese modern poetry and his anticipation of literature and art，has brought fame to Feng Zhi，whose works of poetry，from this point of view，were well consistent with the Lu Xun's artistic preferences for poetry．Both of them began a new reflection on the deficiency in the tradition of Chinese Poetry．The efforts made by Lu Xun and Feng Zhi through the use of metaphor，have accelerated the self-renewal of native modern poetry and greatly promoted the development of Chinese new poetry．

Abstract:Obscurity，as an important category of Western symbolism，constituted modification and challenges to classic literature，and endowed new meaning to aesthetics．Chinese New Poetry，based on its aesthetic context，under the effects of oriental factors and realistic motivations，mostly demeaned and denied obscurity and stressed the negative factors of it．Those commentators like Yuan Kejia and Shen Baoji，etc，however，affirmed obscurity as a modern character of Chinese New Poetry．Thus Chinese modern obscure poetics experienced a hard and gradual process of rejection，imitation and was gradually constructed into the local poetics．

Abstract:Xiang Linsao is an outstanding representative character of‘being seen’in Mr．Lu Xun's works．Wang Xiaohua is the‘typical character’in the literature in the new period．Xiang Linsao's final death in‘Blessing’is negative for feudal orthodoxy，and Wang Xiaohua's final life in the‘Scar’is positive for the mainstream discourse．There exists the‘irony of the gap between the two’．In exploring the causes of this‘Irony’，we can find some shadow of Lin Daojing in‘Song of Youth’．Lin Daojing and Wang Xiaohua finally obtained bright future and became sharp contrast to Xiang Linsao's‘the negation of the dead’．This fully demonstrated the specific time's national pain and women'mental journey of growth．

Abstract:Food writing is a very important aspect in Zhouzuoren's prose works．He showed this feature even in his teenage diary．In his early writing，he always related food description with politics information and important personal choices．His writing way not only constructed an unique history narrative，but also indicated his literature transformation and choices of life．His Zaji forms in diary contained innovation of modern prose after May fourth literary movement．Young Zhouzuoren focused folk observation，linguistic interest and distinguishing everything in his food writing．He even turned it into academic interests and enlightenment thoughts．Plain details in early diary showed important meaning of literary style and enlightenment thoughts．

Abstract:The aesthetic elements in poems have infiltrated through modern poetic novels，the development of which sparks in the theoretic arguments about the stylistic boundary of novels．On the one hand，novels are of its own normativity which is heterogeneous from that of poems．On the other，the normativity and determinacy of literary genre must be correctly treated．The characteristics of literary forms in specific poem and novel works are not fixed and uniform．The literary genre is of both normativity and openness．Of course，the openness must have its own boundary．The normativity and openness of literary genre exist in the specific and historic process of construction．

Abstract:There are variations in adults'perception of non-native speech contrasts．Several factors may contribute to variability:phonemic status of the non-native contrast in relation to the listener's native language phonology，experience with non-native phones as allophones or free variants of native phoneme categories，phonetic contexts，differential assimination strategies，and the salience of the acoustic dimensions that differentiate contrasing phones．The perception of speech remains malleable even in adulthood，and cross-language speech perception skills improve gradually with the exposure to the foreign language，and the skills need to be learned on the phonetic exemplar basis and allophone-by-allophone basis．Speech perception training can facilitate adult listeners'perception of non-native speech contrasts．

Abstract:Yue Ou(《粵謳》)written by Zhao Ziyong who lived in Nanhai in the Qing Dynasty was an unusual work．The wording and phrasing in the work are special and characteristic．First，a lot of classical poetries、lyrics and allusions in the ancient books were quoted to make the work with classic elegance color．The popular use of metaphoric descriptions and puns also made the work full of the style of classical folk songs．Second，the writer was good at collecting the folk adages and popular Buddhism terms and put them into his work．Third，the dialects and vernacular language were used throughout the work to make it much distinctive in local characteristics．Taking the Guangdong dialect and folk adage as the leading note，the quoted classical poetries、songs and allusions were organically connected and form a fully new type of writing with nice words like pearls to be enjoyed by both educated and ordinary people．And many dialects and vernacular language of the work are in touch with the ancient words．Some of them are directly inherited from the ancient words，and some have changed their meaning．The unusual words of Yue Ou started the new era of San Ji Di(三及第)style of the late Qing Dynasty in the areas of Guangdong and Hong Kong．

Abstract:Xing Guan Qun Yuan was one of the classic aesthetic thoughts by Confucius school．It seemed to be a summarization about the characteristics of poetry art，but actually it reveals the social function of art．It is universal and representative and can be borrowed to explain the social function of art jewelry．That is，Xing is about emotional effects，Guan is about understanding，Qun is about communication and Yuan is about social criticism of art jewelry．Today，when jewelry design has been promoted into a high level，how to analyze art jewelry by XingGuanQunYuan theory is oriental and overarching，and is good to improve aesthetical standard and to establish a new evaluation system of art jewelry．
