更名啟事

經(jīng)國家新聞出版總署批準(zhǔn)(新出審字〔2011〕806號)，原《河南省政法管理干部學(xué)院學(xué)報》更名為《河南財經(jīng)政法大學(xué)學(xué)報》，主辦單位由原河南省政法管理干部學(xué)院變更為河南財經(jīng)政法大學(xué)。作為法學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)專業(yè)期刊，本刊將秉承原來的辦刊宗旨、辦刊理念與風(fēng)格，立志弘揚(yáng)法治精神，追尋學(xué)術(shù)前沿，傾力打造特色品牌。

《河南財經(jīng)政法大學(xué)學(xué)報》歡迎中外學(xué)人投稿，投稿要求及注釋體例見封三。

本刊所刊載文章中的觀點均屬于作者本人，并不必然反映編輯部或其他機(jī)構(gòu)、個人的觀點。

本刊已加入《中國學(xué)術(shù)期刊》(光盤版)、中國期刊網(wǎng)、萬方數(shù)據(jù)－數(shù)字化期刊群，作者如不同意將文章編入上述出版物，請在來稿時說明。

Journal Renaming Announcement

Upon the approval of the National General Administration of Press and Publication，the former Journal of Henan Administrative Institute of Politics and Law is renamed as Journal of Henan University of Economics and Law，with Henan University of Economics and Law as its sponsor.Being a journal in the legal academia，it will carry on the purposes，philosophy and style of its original Journal，promote the spirit of rule of law，explore the academic frontiers and build the brand uniqueness of the Journal.

Submission to Journal of Henan University of Economics and Law is welcomed among scholars at home and abroad.The style guidelines for the submitted article can be found in the inside back cover.

Articles published in the Journal represent the personal opinion of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the opinion of the editorial board，any other organs or individuals.

This Journal has joined in the digitalized Periodical Cluster，which includes CAJ-CD，CNKI and Wanfang Data.If the author doesn’t agree to the inclusion of his or her article in the above-mentioned publications，a statement on it shall be made along with the submission of the article.
