親朋好友相互邀約聚會(huì)串門，是日常生活中常有的事。歐美人若要邀請(qǐng)別人到家做客，一般都要提前打電話正式約請(qǐng)，而被邀者也應(yīng)給予明確答復(fù)，不應(yīng)模棱兩可；同時(shí)，還應(yīng)約定好時(shí)間，客人不能遲到，但也不要到得過早，進(jìn)餐時(shí)言談舉止都很有講究。

下面介紹一些賓主之間的常用禮貌用語。

1. —Would you like to come over for dinner this coming Saturday？

2. Come in， please. We are very glad you could come.

3. We？蒺ve been waiting for you.（一直在等你）

4. Make yourself at home.（請(qǐng)隨便些）

5. Thanks for asking me over tonight.

9. Thank you for a very pleasant evening.

10. Do you mind if I take off the coat？
