背景

病人，朱女士，36歲，工人。因盆腔包塊入院。術中診斷為卵巢癌。術后第一天，患者對自己的病情有所了解，表現為不?？奁?，要求拔除補液回家。護士小許到病床邊進行護理。

Background

Patient Mrs.Zhu，a 36year old factory worker，was hospitalized because of her pelvic mass.She was diagnosed during the surgery as having ovarian cancer.The first day after her surgery，the patient learned about her illness.She could not help but cry and asked to go home.Nurse Xu came to her bedside and provided nursing care to her.

護士：朱女士，你哪里不適？

病人：我全身都不舒服，幫我把管子拔掉吧。

護士：（仔細地檢查了各管子）你的管子很好，沒什么問題。今天是術后的第一天。你可能有腹脹、腰痛等不適，但是通過改變臥位，是能夠緩解的。來，我協助你翻身。

（病人不太配合）

病人：不要掛水了，掛了也沒用的。

護士：水是要掛的，你現在不能吃東西，輸液中有抗炎、支持性的藥物，會使你的身體慢慢恢復的。

病人：恢復不了，我的病是看不好的，讓我回家吧。

護士：怎么看不好呢。你看，你邊上的病人是不是一個個都恢復的很好。

病人：不一樣的，我的病和別人不一樣的，我的病是看不好的。（病人哭得更厲害）

護士：朱女士，即使真的得了什么不好的病，現在醫(yī)學發(fā)展的這么好，對疾病的治療方法有很多，如術后加上化療，能很好地控制疾病發(fā)展。重要的是你自己心情一定要開朗點。10年前，我碰到一位和你得同樣疾病的病人，她手術后化療了半年，后來參加了我們醫(yī)學院的一個腫瘤患者康復俱樂部，心情特別開朗，現在身體仍然非常好。所以，你如果能和她一樣開朗點，再配合我們的治療，我想你一定能恢復得很好。因此，你不能太著急。

Interactions

Nurse：Ms.Zhu，what is wrong？Are you OK？

Patient：I do not feel well at all.Please take off the tubes.

Nurse：Your tubes are good.No problem.Today is the first day after your surgery.You may feel abdominal distension，middle back pain and so on.But these can be decreased by change your position.Let me help you.

（The patient is not very cooperative.）

Patient：Don’t give me any more transfusion.It doesn’t work.

Nurse：You have to have the transfusion because you can’t eat anything now.The transfusion fluid contains antibiotics and supportive medications which will help you to recover.

Patient：It isn’t effective.I can’t be cured.Let me go home.

Nurse：Why？You see the patients beside you are all recovering very well.

Patient：It is different.I am different from them.I can’t be cured.（The patient cried even more.）

Nurse：Ms.Zhu，even if you suffer from a bad illness，because medical science has progressed so fast，there are many treatment techniques such as chemotherapy which may be able to cure your illness.The most important thing is for you to have a sanguine mood.Ten years ago，I met a patient with the same illness as yours.She was treated by chemotherapy for six month after her surgery.She joined a Cancer Patient Health Club at our medical college.Now she has sanguine mood and is doing very well.So，if you have the spirit like hers，and cooperate with us，I think you will recover well.Please try not to worry so much.
