豐富多彩的研究生生活The Colourful Gradute Study Life

以“3.23世界氣象日”為契機(jī)，2012年3月23日氣科院研究生志愿者在北京動(dòng)物園門前組織了一次“氣象方便你我，氣候影響未來”的主題活動(dòng)，向游人們宣傳氣象和環(huán)保知識(shí)，得到了社會(huì)的好評(píng)。Taking the opportunity of “World Meteorological Day” on 23 March 2012, the CAMS graduate volunteers organized an activity in front of the Beijing Zoo with the theme of“Meteorology Brings Us Convenience and Climate Affects Future”, to publicize knowledge in meteorology and environmental protection to visitors, which received positive feedbacks from the public.

2012年氣科院研究生不負(fù)眾望，連續(xù)第4年在全國(guó)研究生數(shù)學(xué)建模比賽中獲獎(jiǎng)，充分體現(xiàn)和鍛煉了研究生解決實(shí)際問題的能力，為我院爭(zhēng)得了榮譽(yù)。In 2012, CAMS graduate students won awards for the fourth consecutive year in the National Graduate-Student Mathematic Modelling Competition, which well exhibited and cultivated the capability of graduate students to fnd solutions to practical problems and also gained fame for CAMS.

2012年11月17日，在科研院所與研究生教育工作網(wǎng)主辦的主題為“綻放青春風(fēng)采、喜慶黨的十八大”2012年度研究生文藝匯演中，我院研究生排演的舞蹈“天竺少女”在27個(gè)節(jié)目中獲得第2名的好成績(jī)。On 17 November 2012, the dance named “Young Girl of India”, which was rehearsed by CAMS graduate students, ranked the second among all 27 programs in the Annual Graduate-Student Art Performance of 2012 sponsored by research institute and graduate-student education website, with the theme of “Sparkling the Charm of Youth and Celebrating the 18th CPC Congress”.

2012年2月21日，美國(guó)《大氣研究》雜志主編Jose Luis Sanchez教授應(yīng)邀訪問氣科院，并為科研人員做了“發(fā)表你的研究：《大氣研究》雜志”學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告, 副院長(zhǎng)張小曳主持報(bào)告會(huì)。At the invitation of CAMS, the Editor-in-Chief of US Journal of Atmospheric Research, Prof. Jose Luis Sanchez visited CAMS on 21 February 2012 and gave an academic speech titled “To Publish Your Science∶ Journal of Atmospheric Research”. The seminar was hosted by CAMS Vice President, Prof. Zhang Xiaoye.

2012年7月10日，世界天氣研究計(jì)劃聯(lián)合科學(xué)委員會(huì)（JSC/WWRP）主席Gilbert Brunet博士到氣科院訪問。院長(zhǎng)張人禾介紹了氣科院組織實(shí)施的WWRP國(guó)際研究發(fā)展項(xiàng)目（RDP）“南華季風(fēng)降水野外科學(xué)試驗(yàn)”的初步設(shè)計(jì)，項(xiàng)目成員與Gilbert Brunet博士就項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展和下一步發(fā)展計(jì)劃進(jìn)行了深入探討。On 10 July 2012, Chair of JSC/WWRP, Dr. Gilbert Brunet visited CAMS. CAMS President, Prof. Zhang Renhe, introduced the preliminary design of the international RDP for the Southern China Monsoon Rainfall Experiment. The project members fully discussed with Dr. Gilbert Brunet about the progress and future plans of the project.

2012年7月18日，WMO副秘書長(zhǎng)J.Lengoasa在中國(guó)氣象局副局長(zhǎng)沈曉農(nóng)陪同下訪問了氣科院。院長(zhǎng)張人禾介紹了氣科院近年取得的科研成果。J.Lengoasa先生對(duì)氣科院所承擔(dān)的WMO研究發(fā)展項(xiàng)目和先導(dǎo)性項(xiàng)目，以及在氣候、災(zāi)害天氣等6個(gè)領(lǐng)域的出色研究工作予以了高度評(píng)價(jià)。On 18 July 2012, Deputy Secretary-General of WMO, Mr. J. Lengoasa visited CAMS, in the accompany of CMA Deputy Administrator, Mr. Shen Xiaonong. CAMS President, Prof. Zhang Renhe introduced scientifc research outcomes achieved by CAMS in recent years. Mr. J. Lengoasa spoke highly of the WMO-related research & development as well as steering projects undertaken by CAMS, and also the outstanding research efforts in six areas including climate, disastrous weather, etc.

2012年9月10日，在中國(guó)氣象局副局長(zhǎng)沈曉農(nóng)陪同下，由WMO主席、加拿大環(huán)境部助理副部長(zhǎng)David Grimes率領(lǐng)的加拿大環(huán)境部代表團(tuán)到氣科院訪問。院長(zhǎng)張人禾等接待了來賓。On 10 September 2012, the delegation of Environment Canada (EC), led by WMO President and Assistant Deputy Minister of EC, Mr. David Grimes, visited CAMS, in the accompany of CMA Deputy Administrator, Mr. Shen Xiaonong. CAMS President, Prof. Zhang Renhe received the delegation.

2012年9月24日，沙特阿拉伯國(guó)家氣象和環(huán)境中心副主任、WMO沙特阿拉伯常任代表Saad Mohalfi博士一行訪問了氣科院，副院長(zhǎng)張小曳等接待了來賓。On 24 September 2012, the delegation from the Presidency of Meteorology and Environment of Saudi Arabia, led by its Deputy Director of Meteorological affairs, and the Permanent Representative of Saudi Arabia with WMO, Dr. Saad Mohalf visited CAMS. CAMS Vice President, Prof. Zhang Xiaoye received the delegation.

2012年11月5日，由中國(guó)工程院、中國(guó)氣象局、WMO聯(lián)合主辦，氣科院等多家單位共同承辦的“熱帶氣旋突變現(xiàn)象機(jī)理及預(yù)報(bào)技術(shù)研究”國(guó)際工程科技發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略高端論壇在海南省?？谑虚_幕，來自國(guó)內(nèi)外的110多位專家參加了論壇。On 5 November 2012, the International Top Level Forum on Rapid Change Phenomena in Tropical Cyclones, which was cosponsored by Chinese Academy of Engineering, China Meteorological Administration, World Meteorological Organization and Chinese Academy of Meteorological Sciences, was opened in Haikou, Hainan Province. More than 110 experts both home and abroad attended the forum.
