農(nóng)民的心畫時代的鏡子

Chinese Peasant Paintings focus on the peasant lifestyle and traditions within rural provincesthroughout China. Many view these painting as pure imagination and a vivid use of colourallows the mind to wander beyond the images into the simplistic world of the countryside.There are currently more than 40 villages known as “painting villages” which specialize inpeasant paintings， such as Beichen， Rizhao， Xiuzhou， Xinji and so on. Chinese Peasant Paintingsare regarded as a much loved traditional Chinese folk art.

改革開放初期，我曾攜中國農(nóng)民畫作到國外展覽，引起轟動，受到熱烈歡迎。外國觀眾驚奇地發(fā)現(xiàn)，透過觀賞農(nóng)民畫竟能了解中國！是啊，這些出自中國各地農(nóng)村、牧區(qū)、漁島和少數(shù)民族地區(qū)的普通勞動者描繪自己生活的圖畫，作者的情感投入是那么的真摯，反映現(xiàn)實生活、風(fēng)土人情是那么的真切生動，表現(xiàn)形式是那么的質(zhì)樸純真、優(yōu)美動人，文化內(nèi)涵是那么的深厚豐富。它展示出中國當(dāng)代農(nóng)民真實的生活狀況和精神面貌。它是農(nóng)民的心畫、時代的鏡子。
