劉謙，魔術(shù)天才背后的故事

編者注：在CCTV 2009年春晚亮出絕活后，臺(tái)灣魔術(shù)師劉謙一時(shí)風(fēng)光無(wú)限。不少大陸的網(wǎng)友們開(kāi)始追捧這個(gè)眼睛亮亮的年輕人。然而，同學(xué)們可曾知道，這個(gè)如今身價(jià)倍增的帥小伙也曾有過(guò)坎坷的人生經(jīng)歷。

Actually before Louis Liu performed in the Spring Festival Gala Evening, he had been very famous in the world. He is 33 this year and has won nearly all the international awards. To our surprise, this famous guy learned magic all by himself.

其實(shí)在上春晚之前，劉謙在國(guó)際上已經(jīng)是名聲響當(dāng)當(dāng)。今年33歲的劉謙，幾乎囊括國(guó)際各大魔術(shù)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。但讓我們大家意外的是這樣有名的小伙子竟是自學(xué)成才。

Louis Liu was born in Gaoxiong, Taiwan. He is the only son in his family. When he was 7 years old, he was deeply attracted by a magic show in a shop. Later on, the shop assistants began to teach Louis Liu some easy magics.

劉謙出生于臺(tái)灣高雄市，是家中的獨(dú)生子。7歲那年，劉謙被一家百貨公司內(nèi)的魔術(shù)表演深深吸引。不久，店員開(kāi)始教他一些簡(jiǎn)單的小魔術(shù)。

At the age of 12, Louis Liu took part in a childrens magic competition in Taiwan. At that time, he didnt expect to win any prize, because other childrens magic tools for performance were much better than his several pieces of paper. But when the host announced the winner, it was Louis Liu. This experience was rather important for Louis Liu in his life.

12歲那年，劉謙報(bào)名參加了臺(tái)灣少兒魔術(shù)表演，當(dāng)時(shí)他沒(méi)有指望拿獎(jiǎng)，因?yàn)槠渌习傥恍∵x手都擺出了很華麗的道具，但他的表演只有幾張紙片。哪想在頒發(fā)一等獎(jiǎng)時(shí)，竟是他的名字。這次經(jīng)歷對(duì)劉謙而言，意義非同尋常。

For Louis Liu, the way of becoming a professional magician is not smooth. It is always believed that playing magic is not suitable for a young man. After graduating from Dongwu University, Louis Liu wanted to work in a company, but he failed to realize his dream. Then he consulted with his parents about playing magic to earn money for half a year.

對(duì)于劉謙來(lái)說(shuō)，成為職業(yè)魔術(shù)師并不順利。因?yàn)樵谌藗冃闹?，玩魔術(shù)并不是十分適合年輕人。東吳大學(xué)畢業(yè)后，劉謙最初想進(jìn)公司工作，然而他卻屢屢受挫，最終他和家人商量，自己去靠表演魔術(shù)掙錢(qián)，他決定用半年闖蕩試試。

During the speriod, Louis Liu attended some international competitions and won several awards. Later, he was chosen by a TV programme to play magic for people in the street. This was really a big challenge for a magician because it was very close to the audience and the magician had no tools. During the 3 years of this programme, Louis Liu played magic to all walks of people in all sorts of places.

在這半年里，劉謙參加了一些國(guó)際賽事，拿到了一些獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。不久，一家電視節(jié)目找上門(mén)來(lái)要求劉謙上街為普通民眾表演魔術(shù)。這對(duì)魔術(shù)師們而言絕對(duì)是一個(gè)挑戰(zhàn)，因?yàn)槟g(shù)師與觀眾面對(duì)面，肩并肩的表演，突破了舞臺(tái)與觀眾的距離，也沒(méi)有各種道具的掩飾，完全是憑借真功夫。在這個(gè)節(jié)目播出的3年里，劉謙已經(jīng)在各種場(chǎng)合為社會(huì)上不同的人們表演了各式各樣的魔術(shù)。

Although Louis Liu is very popular this year, he knows that the magician really needs to work hard. As a young man, Louis Liu thinks he has to improve himself a lot in different aspects to go further.

盡管今年春晚之后，劉謙一炮走紅，但是他深深懂得自己仍需十分努力。他認(rèn)為作為一個(gè)年輕人應(yīng)該全方位地提高自己，這樣才能在事業(yè)的道路上走得更遠(yuǎn)，更好。
