濟南9項舉措穩(wěn)定就業(yè)

濟南市勞動和社會保障局日前宣布，經(jīng)市政府同意，市勞動保障局與市財政局、市國稅局、市地稅局聯(lián)合出臺政策，濟南市將實施允許困難企業(yè)緩繳社保費、階段性降低兩項社保費、使用失業(yè)保險基金穩(wěn)定就業(yè)崗位等9項舉措，可為企業(yè)階段性減收各種費用1.4億元，緩繳各種費用3.8億元，穩(wěn)定10萬余個困難企業(yè)職工就業(yè)崗位。

Jinan will implement nine measures to assist the enterprise in financial straits such as allowing the postponement of payments， reducing two social security fees， and using the unemployed insurance fund in order to stabilize more than 100，000 employment positions.

濟南將實現(xiàn)一卡通

2009年5月1日前，濟南市將完成市區(qū)公交(包括快速公交、普通公交)的一卡通普遍使用，實現(xiàn)刷卡乘車；完成包括植物園、野生動物世界等在內(nèi)的公園一卡通應(yīng)用，實現(xiàn)刷卡游園；完成所有新更換出租車的一卡通應(yīng)用，實現(xiàn)刷卡乘坐出租車。

Before May 1， 2009， Jinan will complete the general use of a “One Card” system; this includes the park “One Card” for places such as the Botanical Gardens and Jinan Wild Animal World， and a new taxi “One Card”.

濟南高速通車里程創(chuàng)新高

濟南市交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)近兩年快速推進，已基本形成公路交通主干網(wǎng)絡(luò)。濟南市高速公路通車里程達343.2公里，農(nóng)村公路總里程達9238.2公里，建制村通公路率達99.5%。

The mileage of Jinan’s expressways open to traffic has hit 343.2 kilometers. The expressways in Jinan have formed a reticular pattern.

濟南開展抗旱保苗

連日來，濟南市引導(dǎo)廣大群眾開展抗旱保苗，力爭夏糧豐產(chǎn)豐收。據(jù)統(tǒng)計，截至2月9日，濟南市已投入抗旱勞力17.4萬人，提水澆灌設(shè)備6000套，投入抗旱資金6000萬元，212萬畝受旱農(nóng)作物已經(jīng)澆灌33.8萬畝。

In recent years， Jinan has guided the masses to fight against drought and keep a full stand of seedlings. According to statistics， up to February 9， Jinan has invested 60 million yuan on fighting against drought. Of some 22，533 hectares about 14，120 hectares drought-affected crops have been irrigated.

迎全運城市環(huán)境綜合整治活動開始

日前，濟南迎全運城市環(huán)境綜合整治活動正式開始。濟南市將實施交通秩序整治、建筑渣土整治、環(huán)境保護行動等8項整治行動，重點開展治堵、治臟、治亂、治污、綠化、美化、凈化、亮化等工作，確保全運會“吃、住、行、游”涉及的主控道路(路段)和重點窗口、出入口道路暢通、環(huán)境優(yōu)美，實現(xiàn)城市面貌的較大改觀和人居環(huán)境的全面提升。

Jinan urban environment comprehensive regulation activity for greeting the National Games has been formally started. Eight items such as traffic order regulation， construction waste regulation and environmental protection will come into force.

新春文博會貫穿春節(jié)

“濟南市第四屆新春文化藝術(shù)博覽會”貫穿了整個春節(jié)。新春博覽會在保留了歌舞、戲劇、曲藝演出、傳統(tǒng)摔跤表演和民間扮玩活動的基礎(chǔ)上，推出了“秧歌大賽”、“濟南市第七屆花燈大賽”、“晨光相聲俱樂部新春義演”、首屆“大觀杯”社區(qū)戲迷票友大賽等活動。

The fourth Spring Festival Cultural Exposition of Jinan was held during the Spring Festival. The exposition retained the programs of songs， dances， and operas， and introduced some activities such as the “Yang Ge Competition” and “The Seventh Jinan Lantern Competition”.

公務(wù)員招考開始

2009年，濟南市、縣、鄉(xiāng)機關(guān)計劃面向社會公開考錄449名公務(wù)員。其中，市直機關(guān)132人(含市公安機關(guān)120人)，省垂直管理機關(guān)64人，縣(市)區(qū)機關(guān)104人(含公安機關(guān)30人)，鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)(街道辦事處)機關(guān)149人，網(wǎng)上報名時間為2009年2月18日-22日。

In 2009， the governmental departments at rural， town， and city level of Jinan will plan to recruit 449 public functionaries from the society. The online application period is from February 18 to 22.

“66元游泉城”活動啟動

濟南市民“66元游泉城”活動日前在濟南市旅游集散中心啟動。這項活動推出的首條旅游線路是“觀奧體中心全運場館，體驗?zāi)喜可絽^(qū)生態(tài)旅游”，其中全運會場館首次作為觀光景點被納入旅游線路。據(jù)了解，“66元游泉城”旅游產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)還將陸續(xù)推出多種主題的旅游活動。

Recently， the activity of “Traveling in Jinan with 66 yuan” was held in Jinan Tourist Collecting and Distributing Center. The first tourist route is “visiting the Olympic Sports Center and venues of the National Games， and experiencing ecological tourism in the southern mountain area”.

民俗風(fēng)情旅游節(jié)舉行

春節(jié)期間，“2009濟南民俗風(fēng)情旅游節(jié)”在泉城廣場舉行。在泉城廣場泉標西側(cè)，主辦方設(shè)置了濟南民俗風(fēng)情特色展區(qū)，組織抬花轎、大頭娃娃表演等民俗活動，此外還設(shè)立了80個展位進行民間手工藝、民俗文化、旅游商品、地方特色小吃展賣活動。

During the Spring Festival， “2009 Jinan Folk Tourist Festival” was held in Quancheng Square. The sponsor established the Jinan folk character exhibition area and held some folk activities.
