My mother gave birth to me with quite difficult labor. Father received an emergency notice and was faced with a choice between the adult and me. Of course, the adult. So my coming into this world was an unexpected fortune at the price of Mothers painful insistence (堅(jiān)持). Thus my 15 years began like this, my mother made every effort to give me love, but I returned her with few words to express my thanks from the bottom of my heart.
When my mother asked me to learn English when I was young, I refused to spell a single word. For the first time in my life, Mother beat me; but it was not long before I came to know this was another form of her love.
Now I am so grateful (感恩) to my mother for everything she has taught me. As a little boy, I used to write my thanks to my mother in class. Unexpectedly, Mother was so moved that she cried in front of me. From then on, I knew how deeply mother loves me!
Today, this speech is for my great mother and for her only. I wish to let her know her sons love and gratitude. I wish she could hear, “I love you, Mother.”
母親生我時(shí)，異常難產(chǎn)。父親收到了病危通知書，要在我和母親之間做一個(gè)選擇。當(dāng)然，是大人。因此，我降臨于這個(gè)世界完全是要?dú)w功于母親疼痛堅(jiān)持要求的代價(jià)。因此，以這種方式的開頭，15年來，母親無微不至地愛我，而隨著我的成長，我卻很少用“只言片語”表達(dá)我心底對母親的愛。
當(dāng)我很小的時(shí)候，母親讓我學(xué)習(xí)英語，我不愿意開口說一個(gè)字母。那也是我平生的第一次，母親打了我。但是不久,我便認(rèn)識到這其實(shí)是母愛的另一種表現(xiàn)形式。
如今，對這樣一個(gè)母親，我充滿了無限地感恩，她教會了我所有的東西。孩提時(shí)代，課堂上曾經(jīng)寫過一篇關(guān)于感恩母親的作文。出乎我意料的是，母親是如此地感動(dòng)以致于在我面前她竟然哭了。從那時(shí)起，我懂得了母親對我愛的是如此深沉。
今天，這篇演講是為我偉大的母親的，僅僅為她。我希望她能夠知道兒子對她的愛和感恩。我希望她此時(shí)此刻能夠聽到我的聲音：“媽媽，我愛你！”。
