Jason decides to call Amber. After some general conversation, he asks her for a date on Friday evening. She replies that she has a prior engagement for that evening, but would be free on Saturday. They set a date for Saturday evening. Let the romance begin!
Amber: (answers the phone) Hello.
Jason: Hi, Amber. Jason here. It's great to hear your voice again.
Amber: Hi, Jason. Long time no see (laughs). How's the hotel?
Jason: It's pretty nice, but I'm going to start looking for an apartment soon. Hotel living's not for me.
Amber: I know what you mean.
Jason: What about you? When are you leaving for Berkeley?
Amber: Week after next.
Jason: So soon. Well, I'd really like to see you again, Amber, before you leave. Would you like to go out with me Friday? I'd like to take you to dinner and maybe a movie or something afterwards.
Amber: Oh, I'm sorry, Jason. I've already got plans for Friday evening. How about Saturday?
Jason: Saturday's fine. I'll make dinner reservations for 7 o'clock. Is that OK?
Amber: 7 o'clock is OK with me.
Jason: Great. I'll pick you up at 6:30.
Amber: I'll be waiting.

Amber:
Berkeley?
